    Alfons you're a life saver or 😂 a leg saver. I practice with you and feel a difference in the whole body and mind after a session with you. I'm 74 years old, and please add a lesson for Achilles tendon discomfort and pain. Thanks a ton.

    Once again, you are a ray of sunshine in my life, Alfons! I was feeling all serious today because I had a flare-up of a chronic health condition, and in this video, you reminded me that even when I have very low energy, I can still have fun rolling around on the floor and playing with my toes. Yay! Ain't life grand?
