In a bag full of old mobile phones with chargers that I found in the garage of my house, I found this, but it does not work. I tried charging it, but nothing happens. It looks it pretty good condition. My mother said that it was never been used that the battery just died out, but I don't think that's true since I found an SFR SIM Card inserted into it.

It could have been pre inserted by the carrier. Sometimes they do that
