I’m in my 70s and remember my mother putting a sprinkle of salt in the coffee grounds before brewing. I often just use a few grains right into my cup when dining out if the coffee isn’t up to par.
@@kathygreer2097 I'm in my 70's too. I know most of the things it describes. My mother, grandmother and great grandmother told me most of this. Strange that I remember it as I learned it as a child. I was 20 when my great grandmother went to heaven. So it was probably repeated many times.
@MichelleJohnson-tg5lx What I meant was they show things that aren't what it describes. It just shows images of the general topic that are not what's being explained.
Absolutely no sugar in my spaghetti sauce! A half teaspoon of baking soda will remove bitterness without destroying the hearty spices with over powering sweetness

Never ever never never add oil to your pasta water! The pasta becomes slick and the sauce won't cling! Watch the damn pot, and won't boil over!
The wooden spoon works like a charm.
Salted coffee ☕️ tastes like something pissed in it .
