Why is Canoo not going to Handicap van with Hertz and UBER? This was done win TESLA but complaints that UBER can not accommodate power chairs. There was a DRIVER with OPTION to BUY instituted by Tesla. Maybe there could be a similar deal done through Hertz and UBER.
