The oldtimer rc airplane shown was built from an Original Pica Duellist balsa wood kit and is powered by two O.S. Max .46 8 ccm 2 stroke motors with Powerbox exhaust swinging Graupner 11 X 7 Super Nylon propellers at high over 10000 rpm speed.
The old school Pica Duelist owner visited from MBC Hammersbach Modellbauclub for the airshow.
Very nice twin nitro engine sound Test Flight filmed Full HD on May 11th 2024 at Fliegergruppe Hochtaunus e.V. Modellflugplatz Wehrheim north of Frankfurt in central Germany.

It was 1995 the first time I saw one flying, I was impressed with the sound 🎉 great flier and excellent design from Pica.

One would imagine, there would be some hurt feeling after a mid air collision! These things haul ass.
Yes they did some sharp turning to avoid midairs several times and also called out high speed passes, happy you like it and have a Good Day !
