Really, there are no "easy" Schengen countries. What is obtainable are countries with low refusal rates compared to other Schengen countries.
That been said, if you are considering a reapplication, it's most important that you understand the reason(s) for refusal as countries within the Schengen Area share visa information through the SVIS so if you don't tackle initial reasons for refusal, applying in another Schengen country would not be helpful in any way...
