They are different. Work introduction letter (external document) is addressed to the embassy introducing you as a staff, with your employment start date, salary per annum etc while a leave letter is an internal document stating the leave you requested for, from your HR has been approved. You can send a mail to get a template

Usually, appointment slots are dropped during the last week of the preceding month. So, for instance, the appointment for the month of June 2024 was released on 24 May 2024. So you need to be checking for updates at regular intervals
