Miss JAS, thanks for this video it is really helpful. I just recently received a visa denial to my Danish Visa application for a short term visit with my sister. Reason, reasonable doubts to leave the country after the visa will expire. During my application I did not submit a cover letter explaining myself😔, i want to make an appeal to further explain my case...now I am not sure if what I am doing is a cover letter or an appeal letter....

Hi Desiree , we also just got denied. And they stated the same reason as in your case :-( was the person handling your application also Nicolas Mosa ? It seems like he could not find any other reason to deny it, all papers were approved. Did you appeal the decission ? I think we will not appeal coz it can take up to 12 months to get any result of the appeal.

Hi. Me and my husband been working in Germnay for 4 years. Gusto po namin mainvite my mom to visit us next month. All required documents ay completo. From our side at my moms side. All was well sa interview and waited for 3 weeks for her passport. Unfortunately she was rejected. Reasons: 10 and 13. VFS abu dhabi.
I get refusal, we got the reson and we submitted more documents and whatever they say "doubts"....at the end the refusal and sent to the court the case's, from 1 months we dunno what is going on,and when we can reapply again....We still not understand whay they reject the visa saying "doubts that we will mot leave the EU countey before visa expires",and we send all the documents they ask....
May i know what happen after court ?

Mam na receive Ng Schengen visa sa France Nantes cedex letter of appeal ko direct na sa kanila Hindi na Dito sa french embassy na receive nila nong august 19 2024 then nag reply as care of doon sa France na address Ng brother in law ko na french Ng august 30 2024 Sabi NILA they will give a response in 2 months, but as you said wait 3 months pinaka mahaba eh Hanggang ngyon Wala pa Ako natangap na reply rejected Ako or approved? Kasi mag apply Ako Ng working visa sa France if Wala pa Yung letter of appeal ko sa tourist visa pa France.
Hi JAS ! Nice video :-) We just had the visa for my GF denied also. No problems with any of the papers, the only thing they write was that they are not sure if my GF will leave the schengen area within the 3 months.
We would never risk overstaying the visa period, coz that can result in a 2 or 5 year ban from the schengen area, its totally ridiculous to deny the visa on that grounds. And the Danish Embassy in Manila is already known to deny a big percentage of visa applications.
I have all the documents here, if you plan an update video on the visa problems then i would be happy to send you the papers to use on your channel (names and case numbers are already blurred, but everything else is original)
The worst thing is that if you appeal the decission, it can take up to 12 months before you get any answer.
Thats how good everything works in Denmark, where everything is supposed to be fast and most things can be done online. But one thing i can say, its for sure not fast

Hey Chris. Er der en opdatering på din sag? Jeg står nemlig i samme situation, hvor min kærestes visa blev nægtet, grundet tvivl om afrejse tilbage før de 3 måneder. Hvilket ingen mening har i sig, da min kæreste skal fortsætte sine studier og har eksamener og derfor rejser hjem før de 3 måneder, hvilket vi har dokumenteret i form af uddanelses papirer og flybilletter. Fik i lavet en appel, eller en ny visa ansøgning?
We had ours rejected also.. I and my Danish Fiance have 3 children and then same reason as urs is why we got rejected.. I mean do they even think before they decide??? Why would we ever get our selves in trouble like that? Now, i can't even tell my kids that we not going to be seeing their Father anytime soon.. It breaks my heart everyday they ask and get excited. Me i was refuse because intent to leave the territory. So ang kulang sa papers ko to pass was certificate leave of absence, Medical certificate of my mother she is sick as reason i will return to the philippines, And give only 15 days of leave. Because i put 88 days of vacation. Which is questionable. Its france schengen visa i am waiting today for my appeal they say its 2 months exactly. And jas wala problema ang sent ko ang appeal sa france kasi brother in law ko na french doon naka care of yung address nya sa france and they replied to him they will give an answer in 2 months

if that is the reason of your visa refusal- it means the embassy find that your savings is not enough.. just make sure to add more money into your account
add proof of your earning, such as 6 months payslip and income tax return..
You can also consider declaring a sponsor if hindi ganun kalakihan ang savings mo

In most cases appealing must be done in 3 weeks after the day you received the decision.
It's good to reapply at least after 6 months. Because, take a look the reason behind the refusal (according to the decision letter you received) make ready to full fill all requirements for you next application. This takes at least 6 months or more....

So within that duration im planning also to travel to amsterdam with my dutch fiancee living and working in ireland. We just got the same reply from the Danish Embassy in Manila and same reason to deny it, seems like it depends if the person handling your visa application is in good mood that specific day :-(
@@bellellidovlogs if its in the Danish Embassy you applied for it, then you can forget the appeal, takes up to 12 months for a result :-( which is totally unacceptable

if you will be applying from the PH - the police clearance you need is from PH or kahit NBI Certificate

Hello! Ilang months po kayo nag-antay sa result ng appeal nyo? Nagpasa po kasi kami ng appeal sa High Court of Justice in Madrid. After 3months may narecv ang lawyer from the judge, di daw kc kami nagpasa ng original marriage certificate kaya dineny nila which is kasinungalingan, ngayon po ay 6 months na kami nag-aantay in total.
