dude my dream is to get into a 6year program but they don’t accept international students :/

So do they never accept international students for their 6 years program or is there any university that makes an exception?
Im still doing research about it and sometimes they don’t explicitly say that.

Also, if a foreign trained dentist completes an advanced standing program for international dentists, would they be able to apply since technically their degree is “translated”?
