TVAC used to build fire engines. I think they went bump a few years ago. TVAC stood for The Vehicle Application Centre.

Originally their blue lights but they're old and the fade after a while

With the LED lightbars especially it's just the way some cameras pick up the blue light. Particularly in darker settings.
