Truth. It's ridiculous to say "My ex is crazy" after every break-up. They never realize they are crazy.
I was recently discarded. And the some of the things you describe what they say about the ex. I did do a lot for her. I did push her to go for her dreams. And I was her biggest supporter. I was so good to her she had me believing her ex was abusing her both physically and mentally. Yer she kept staying there. I even wanted to beat his ass, because he choked her. After how I was discarded. And started listening to this stuff. I started seeing things
Having had a number done on me by a group of narcissists I can completely understand how it can cause anyone to look unstable
I’m going through it right now. I’ve been with her for 22 years and now that I have a tumour and am home I got to pay attention to her. She goes to the bathroom with her phone a lot, steps outside for phone calls, tells me I’m going crazy and now that I put cameras up on the house because I caught her leaving the house and she said she just went out for a smoke, all her friends are contacting her to hang out.
When I say I’m coming with you for coffee to your friends house, she gets pissed and says I’m trying to control her. I tell her im not trying to control her and that to many coincidences are happening so I think it would be helpful to our relationship if I can come. She doesn’t want to go for coffee with her friends now. She even told her friends that everything is fine with us and I’m hurt because of her lying to me about things for 21 years.
She keeps changing the time that she once cheated on me in the first 3 weeks of our relationship to 10 months into the relationship, then she said it was 14 months into the relationship and now she’s changing it again and I told her it’s because she’s cheating on me for the last 2.5 years but she won’t admit to it because her mom was dying of cancer and she doesn’t want to look bad. She swears on her mothers soul that she is not but her actions speak louder than words is what I tell her. She says im crazy, I need therapy, im an asshole, a piece of shit, a mother fucker and I should be ashamed of myself for acting this way. I know it’s only her talking about how she feels inside because I have never changed and I won’t let her break me.
I know if someone was accusing me of cheating I would tell them to pack their bags and get the fuck out! but with her, she stays and says that im abusing her. She’s trying to make me look crazy to everyone and yes I agree that it does look like im crazy but it’s because she’s setting it all up for me to look like this. When I tell her she needs to stop she goes crazy and this face comes on her like a devil. It’s actually scary and it makes me want to run but I’m the most patient person you’ll ever meet so I want to break her and hopefully the embarrassment will help her change to one of gods children.
The amount of irony that surrounds a narcissist is crazy-making. The refusal to give me closure was the very thing that gave me closure. As I learned about narcissistic psychopathy, I realized that she had been projecting herself onto me with her therapist, thereby coming home and diagnosing me almost simultaneously to me learning the exact things about her. Add in that ALL of these statements in the video could be legitimately said by the victim about the narcissist, and suddenly logic and reality almost cease to exist.
Do NOT feel like you’re losing your sanity- it’s an absolutely crazy situation they put you in!
Their trying to suck you into their false narrative when we need one that closely follows the truth of the situation where we win at least half of the time or half of the arguments. We need a way to climb out of our place under the power curve and actually gain something from time to time to claw our way back to a reality that works for everyone INCLUDING US!!! Brutal and unfair competition puts us under the power curve to where they are stabbing us and we can't get back up! 🔪

They say “you’re totally crazy or totally wacko “
They are cutting down all your reasoning processes and not agreeing with any one of them. Then to be in the relationship, you have to adopt theirs.

I went crazy because my mother put me in a mental institution... not the other way around. Thank you very much! I see now where the problem starts in the "chicken and the egg" causality so I can get my sense of reasoning back and stop feeling I am crazy, and "confused" because I can't find any sense for myself in their narrative. My nerves can heal up now.
They really are pathetic. Go NO CONTACT and don't give one second of time to their lies. Who cares what they say?! Not me! Anyone who believes the trash talk can stay on of my life too. Life is peaceful without them. My only regret is that I didn't leave decades ago. I was naive and had no understanding of the evil behind that smug face. Life is much better now. I wish all those here love and peace if you are currently dealing with a narcissist. Be strong, it will get better!💋❤

I get this all the time from her. Now she is trying to tell me that I need therapy and that she will spend her last dollar trying to help me. Little does she know that I understand this is a narcissist tactic to make them look like they care. Thank you Rebecca for all your help. I’m still staying because I’m hoping to break her and hopefully help her turn to god. The funny thing is, she prays to him every night, I just wish I can hear the words in her head. I know she’s praying to not get caught but every time I call her out she turns into this devil with her eyes wide open, like she wants to kill me.

@@mindyandrew9464 I’m staying because as sick as it sounds, it’s starting to become fun that I’m one step ahead of her and it drives her crazy. We had Easter dinner at her parents today and then just got back from the casino and I know every time we go to the casino she likes to come back and give me oral then sneak out when I fall asleep. Little does she know that the cameras are up now and I’ll be sure to stay up and wait for her to start with “aren’t you tired?” “Why aren’t you going to bed?”. I took a nap at her parents. I feel like it’s a big game with her and now that I know her game it will drive her crazy.
"It's all in my head".. That's what I received also. It's like it came from the same textbook manual.
@@TheFenceBuddy Mine also wanted that I'd go to therapy. And I think that she had the psychanalist chosen allready. Do not trust her.. It's all a deceiving act, specifically targeted against you.

Anyone listening to the narcs lies is blind , naive, or one of their flying monkeys. Not worth the energy to try and warn them who they are dealing with. Took me a year to figure out what I was dealing with. Also with the help of these videos. thank god i found these ❤

@@RebeccaZungEsq tbh, I’m still in the phase where I feel like I’m loosing my mind, I have a kid with this woman but she discarded me. We are married.
All his 3 exes cheated on him and that there was no closure with any of them because they were all at fault. The empath in me took pity on him 'coz I know that I will never ever cheat and did think that a person who got cheated on will never do such a thing to others. I caught him cheating 5 times but had to deal with him thinking that I will do so for years, 3 years to be exact because his brother was cheated on.

TRUTH, TRUTH, TRUTH.... about the love thing. I was never loved in the way I was supposed to be loved for who I am and what I did. Thank you, Rebecca, for putting words in my MOUTH 👄that I needed to say for a long, long time. I will go forward now reciting that over and over that I was not properly loved for who I am... and take a U-turn when I meet up with people who can not see my value.

Waiting for the love bombing when he needs my supply lol I'm now in co hoots with his ex's and we are friends supporting each other... He'll be back in a few days after his disappearing act... These are good but it really depends on the relationship one had with the narcissist and how abusive it got. As the one married to the narcissist and abused by them for decades, I find myself saying some of these things. Not that he is crazy but that he ruined me, financially, sexually, mentally, and emotionally. Also, I did try and gave everything for him and it was not my fault that I was abused and blinded by the narcissist spell. I am an empath and gave my all to my person. He coercively controlled me and manipulated me, and as you said, zeroed in on my wounds to do so. I was not perfect but I always took responsibility when I was not and course corrected where he did not. I'm still going through the discarding phase and it's awful but luckily I have a lot of support from truly good humans.

I am not 100% sure if this is true. My last relationship went crazy. And my partner was very much only on the receiving end. And if I was not giving in any way, drama was around the corner. So I think what you are talking about might not fit in terms of covert narcissism. Since in these terms, you ARE the one, giving everything, doing everything, (since you are the empath). Just think about it and let me know what you think.
