Photographing my Hometown on the Leica M6

After 3 years of being away from the Bay Area I was able to finally return to my hometown and photograph the people and places that mean the most to me with the Leica M6. If you are someone who has been away from their family and hometown over the past few years I would encourage you to take a trip back and document as much as possible.
Over the past 3 years film photography has inspired me to go out and take photographs more than ever. When I had realized that in that timeframe that I had no film photos of my hometown or family I had to change that. Now these photos only show a few days of me being back home. They certainly do not give the Bay Area justice, but they will do great for now. I am just happy to have photos of my loved ones to look back on and I hope it inspires you to create images that you can fondly look back on as well. I hope you enjoy the video.

The Bay Area has to be one of my favorite places to photograph. Great shots of family, you can tell there was a lot of love put into those images and surely a treasured memory considering you live away from them. I see you're in Dallas too, followed your IG maybe you can join some of our photowalks in the DFW area.
