Huge red flags and gut feelings as soon as the grandma started telling her side of the story. Her inability to cohesively explain what happened, her body language, and her emotional responses DIDNT add up. The way she struggled to even get her story out was the main issue... if you’re telling the truth, you don’t need to stammer and struggle like that. On top of that, the fact that she apparently knew all that was happening and did NOTHING about it made her seem even more guilty. Her story made no sense, and it is disgusting that she would put the children through that.
Not just that but like she starts going off about all this shit that would have an insane amount of obvious physical evidence

The most telling part of all this to me was not only the mother standing with her daughter 100% and insisting on knowing the truth, but the first thing that the grandma says is that she hates him..that painted a very strong picture to me

Watching this makes me pleased I have my wonderful in-laws. This program makes you appreciate the things you often take for granted, like a faithful wife and children that have never been abused physically, mentally or sexually.

This grandmother is the reason why REAL victims aren’t believed. I knew she was lying when Steve asked her to clarify and all she said, while shaking, was “he um.. he hit them he punched them yeah” and I knew even more when Jamie confidently said that if he fails the test then he deserves to be locked up. Guilty people do not say that.
I like how the daughter kept firing back at her mom. Caught each lie in a second. I’m so glad that these two are still good friends. You don’t see a lot of that! Hopefully they cut the toxic out and can still have a happy future with their kids.

Grandmother sounds like she has a serious behavioural disturbance, she denies lying, I wonder what Amber, the mother's upbringing was like, as Amber seems pretty well adjusted, being the daughter of a narcissistic mother, poor man being accused of being an abuser, there are far too many innocent men being accused of abuse.
