My husband sister does not like me nor him and she does not have a real reason why but she always asks if she can watch our daughter or take her somewhere with her and we tell her no every time. Like why would I leave my child with you knowing you don’t like me? People are crazy.

@@russellbaldwin2949 Well, as for Char-Ann getting her other kids back in her custody, fat chance. She has a history of child abuse herself; there were charges brought up unrelated to her kids and she was convicted. Furthermore, her parental rights are terminated; the only way to undo that is if she can prove fraud. Until that happens, the child she's carrying now is the only one she has custody of.

I feel so bad for the baby! This man doesn't deserve to be a father because he is a child abuser. I hope Char-Ann will do what she can in order to regain custody of her children. They need love and protection instead of any type of abuse.
Well, the courts convicted her on abuse charges unrelated to the kids she already has, and as such they axed (terminated) her rights to them. She is pregnant now, so assuming she doesn't do anything risky or outright dumb, she'll have custody of this child. The bad news...Anthony is likely his/her father. 🤦🤦

Rosaskye and Karina already beat me to it, Char-Ann had prior abuse allegations and convictions unrelated to her other two kids, and the courts terminated her rights to them. But she's pregnant now -- 🤦🤦😫😫 -- I hope she learns from her past screw-ups and doesn't let this child get taken and put into foster care like the other kids.

They said her parental rights were terminated. That's serious stuff, and there's no going back from that. She can't appeal it anymore. The weird thing is that it takes a lot for parental rights to be terminated. Since she wasn't the one who injured the kid, social services would usually have conditions she'd have to try to meet before she could regain custody, like a safe place to live (without him) a stable job, clean drug tests etc. Only if she failed to meet those conditions could they terminate her rights. So something more fucky is going on. Not that that lets the man off the hook for breaking the baby's arm in any way, he's scum who should rot in jail. But I highly doubt she's a completely innocent victim either. Sounds like she didn't fight to keep the kids.

I'm wondering what was so bad in her past that CPS wouldn't return her kids to her even though they know that not only did she not do it but she wasn't even home when his arm was broken? Exactly there's something they are not saying. I'm thinking they had a prior case with CPS. I don't know why she's acting surprised she knew he did it and I bet she slept with him the night before the show.
In some states, they can terminate rights if you still cohabitate with the person who harmed your child. Steve stated her offenses had nothing to do with children. I too think there's more to it because as a foster parent, I've learned just how much it takes to lose your rights. It varies state to state and some states are very strict and others more lax and I've seen it varies county to county too. We've fostered a teen who was nearly killed before her mom lost rights - even after CPS let her keep her after she locked her in the closet and withheld food from her and even beat her unconscious several times. Moving to a different state for a job opportunity, we've seen kids removed because the neighbors feuding with the parents called and reported false stories and no one found evidence and psychiatric exams shown nothing. It's sad, but it's a roll of the dice. The system needs improvement as well as better foster families to provide a stable, loving and supportive environment.

Char-Ann had previous abuse charges regarding those other kids -- 8 all told, though some say 10 -- whatever the number, bottom line is that she was found guilty of those charges in court and her rights to those kids are gone; she's never gonna see them again unless fraud can be proven. The only child she has rights to is inside her as of this taping. I don't know why she needs to produce any more kids at this point TBH. 🤦🤦😡😡

She better get an amazing lawyer now so she can get her custody rights back to her children. And that man should have his arm broken and see how it feels. That’s just sick how could he do that to a kid not just any kid his own infant. She lost her kids because of this monster. He needs to be sued, fined for all the medical bills, charged for child abuse, assault, reckless child endangerment, and be thrown in a cell. I can’t fathom how a parent can do that to their own child. I’m not a mother or guardian, I occasionally babysit for a family friend when her daughter was younger and I never ever lay a finger on that child, I showered her with love and care as if I was her big sister since she was an only child. My cousin is having her first baby this September and that baby is going to get all the love and affection any child should get. I’m gonna be the best role model, cousin,etc to this baby and I will protect him or her at any cost if I have to babysit. This is why certain people shouldn’t have kids. These children don’t deserve to be treated like this. They should feel safe at home with their parents or a parent not feel constant fear. I hope the mother gets her children back
