Meaning that the original injuries were intentional, the fall accidental. The one in jail finally admitted to dropping him on his head but says it was an accident... Problem was all the fresh injuries was to head, stomach and back. It would be hard for a almost 3 month old to have injuries on both sides of the body from a "accidental" fall on the head. The guys name is Emmanuelle Vazquez. In court kept saying, I am a father I couldn't do this to my child. He didn't say I didn't do it, only I couldn't. So take it as you will.

Hi Steve, I watched your newest episode today about the daughter who tragically lost her life. My heart feels so much pain for the family. I lost my sister tragically years ago. The pain of that loss is never ending. It stays with me everyday. It feels as though it just happened. I can see the pain in the mother’s eyes. I can hear the pain in the sisters voice and see the pain within the grandmother. I know that pain. I just wanted to say that I send the family in that episode my love and thoughts. I know words can not take away the pain that they are feeling but sometimes knowing others have and are going through the same pain can help you feel not so alone. Pain of loss is lonely. *One thing still really bothers me, that I feel is unresolved.* *The child had multiple (hematomas) bruises of DIFFERENT AGES in various states of healing VISIBLE ON THE TORSO.* So we know the baby had been being abused from day 1. Those bruises covering the entirety of his little body were visible to all three of them! Why is it no one did anything when that first started happening? Did the baby really need to be murdered for the abuse to come to light? My point is, the mom, the boyfriend, and the ex-husband all need to be investigated for their parenting. They all are either abusing, or, almost as bad, are aware of the abuse but don’t care to stop it. This concerns me a lot. And of course the revelation of the child molestation is disgusting and beyond troublesome. The other children are in big danger still.

Hi Steve, I watched your newest episode today about the daughter who tragically lost her life. My heart feels so much pain for the family. I lost my sister tragically years ago. The pain of that loss is never ending. It stays with me everyday. It feels as though it just happened. I can see the pain in the mother’s eyes. I can hear the pain in the sisters voice and see the pain within the grandmother. I know that pain. I just wanted to say that I send the family in that episode my love and thoughts. I know words can not take away the pain that they are feeling but sometimes knowing others have and are going through the same pain can help you feel not so alone. Pain of loss is lonely. It lives in your mind and stays in your heart. Please send my condolences and thoughts and prayers to her family.💛

*The child had multiple (hematomas) bruises of DIFFERENT AGES in various states of healing VISIBLE ON THE TORSO.*
So we know the baby had been being abused from day 1. Those bruises covering the entirety of his little body were visible to all three of them! Why is it no one did anything when that first started happening? Did the baby really need to be murdered for the abuse to come to light?
My point is, the mom, the boyfriend, and the ex-husband all need to be investigated for their parenting. They all are either abusing, or, almost as bad, are aware of the abuse but don’t care to stop it.
This concerns me a lot. And of course the revelation of the child molestation is disgusting and beyond troublesome. The other children are in big danger still.

Hey everyone. I’ve been seeing that y’all wanted an update, the case is still open. Arin has NOT been arrested. He’s still roaming around freely. My son father is still in jail. He’s been trying to get bond since the show but due to covid, everything is getting pushed back I haven’t heard from Manny since the 4th of July. My family is still praying for justice and praying for the right person to be locked up behind bars.
