Ford Focus MK2 Speedo Speedometer repair, dash strip down

Ford Focus MK2 speedometer repair (2004 - 2008)
Normally the top and bottom pins of the socket suffer from the soldering cracking, e.g. can-bus and power pins, but best to solder all 32 pins on the socket, just add a little solder, as you don't want to short any of the pins out.

Thank you for posting this video saved the day all sorts of lights lighting up on dashboard thought I had a problem with my body control module and it turned out to be a dry joint on pin 31 again thanks very much
