Thank you for your time to make this video. I solderend all the connecting points of my 2007 CMax today, with new solder and the errors were gone. Hopefully it stays that way. Your video was very helpfull. Except the removal of the indicators is much easier with 2 vingers pulling while turning against the clock instead of the spoons 😉. Greatings from The Netherlands 👍👍👍

Many thanks this was more of a problem with the earlier mk2 focus when they used lead free solder. It seemed to have disappeard on the face lifted mk2.5 from 08 but it has happened on these too 😊

hi i have soldered but now my rpm, water gauge and petrol gauge are playing up when plug it back in. they end up not where there meant to be. Thanks

mauvaise soudure : il faut d'abord mettre la panne du fer à souder sur la PIN, et faire chauffer, puis mettre l'étain sur le pin. mais il faut pas merttre d'abord l'etain et apres la panne du fer à souder. il faut utiliser une panne de fer à souder plus fine car vous faites des boule de soudure. Il faut améliorer votre technique de soudure ;) bonne réparation ;)
