How to tell you probably need a little break from patterns: the typo fairy has visited for a second week in a row, and this time it's a doozy. Bad enough that I might have to take this video down. It all comes down to one extra sc that somehow snuck into R9, and caused the next 3 rows to all be slightly rotated...While I make the decision to reshoot or not, here is the corrected rows in full:
R9. Start with 3sc, 3[inc, 2sc, inc, sc], sc, inc3 to get to where we want the mouth to start.
Line up the first stitch of the top of the mouth with the next stitch from R8. (The tongue should face outwards.)
Working through both loops of R8 & back loop only of inner mouth:
10sc
Then go back to working in R8 only:
inc3 (41)
R10. Work 6sc, 3[inc, 3sc], 7sc, dec3, in R9 only.
Then line up the bottom of the jaw with the next stitch.
Work 3sc up the side, 2sc along the front,
3sc down the other side.
Identify the inc3 from R9, that’s where we will continue on from, working in R9 stitches only:
dec3, (38)
R11. 2sc, dec3, sc, 3[inc, 4sc], inc, sc, dec3, 3sc, 8bpsc, sc (38)
R12. Sc, dec, sc, 3[inc, 5sc], inc, 2sc, 2[dec], sc, 4[dec] (35)
Terribly sorry to anyone who encountered this error before the correction was available, I hope it hasn't ruined the experience for you.
R.I.P to my lopsided rosebud Bulbasaur lol! I still love her. Will likely try again later to make another.😂
Thanks a lot for your pattern, just made one today. Really love your work
please make a note in the title to check the comments for the corrections or take this down and reupload it with the corrections. I almost abandoned this project because I was so confused TT but the design was so cute I luckily decided to check the comments and see your notes
@@theaquaticpilgrim8350Even if it was in the description people wouldn't go look for it. Lol
Wow haha that explains a lot. Just been starring for 5 min on my bulbasaur wondering why it looks so....Goofy. now it all makes sense😂
Thursday is my favourite day of the week now ^_^
I've got the worst cold right now and this just made my day. I can not wait it make him 🥰🥰🥰
Utter and pure cuteness ! 🥰🧶
You are a crochet genius 👏. Your work is awesome!! I enjoyed making this.
I see so many toys you make and as you're getting to the back i always want to put a succulent there instead. Saving this for inspiration oh hopefully how to do just that.
I absolutely love the Rose-a-saur
bulbasaur brings back memories, my brother eldest was charmander, second eldest was squirtle and i was bulbasaur🥰 as the youngest i didnt have the chance to choose but good old bulbasaur has been with me for ages and will always have a connection! hope you have had an amazing week! hope you have an amazing week ahead🥰💖
I feel like this is why I always had to be the yellow power ranger 😂
I absolutely love it! Ive been waiting for this pattern, im glad its out now! I'm gonna make it over the weekend:)
Glad you like him! :)
@@ComplicatedKnots hi! May i ask how many grams is needed?
Oh he's so stinkin cute!!
Love the way you think.
Favourite ❤
So adorabel 😍👍
Thanks!
Thanks 😊
Thanks!
Thank you ❤️
Love
wow so cool . I will soon crochet all 3 starters. Do you know what would be an idea? Can you crochet a death's-head hawkmoth? Maybe as a challenge! :D
I tried it once but failed, its not that easy
Great idea! :)
now are you working in the rounds or sl stitch? thanks.
I love how you did the mouth. thanks.
I think Bulbasaur is my favorite starter. He's so cute! Wow, you are ambitious to try to do all the eeveelutions in one day. Are you going to crochet them too, or just design them on paper?
They are going to be crocheted! Most of my patterns only take 4-6 hours to design, and i'm kidding myself that all the eevees have a basic shape in common right? So it's one design....
@@NutmegCrochets that's an excellent idea....earlier in the day would probably be better than later. I got a bit loopy last time 😂
i love the pattern! def gonna crochet it soon
but how does your left hand not cramp up? the way you hold your yarn looks so uncomfortable😂
I’m struggling with this… “the next few rows are complicated” *skips to after those rows are done* think it’d be helpful if it’s shown if complicated 😊 11:19
Well it looks like the triceratops just got squirreled (or squirtled).
See pokemon pattern you do next 🙂
Hi Dunne the bulbasaur
But Pikachu is a starter too, My son was looking forward to the Pikachu pattern so I could try and do it for him cause he loves Pikachu.
