To be honest shy people are one of the best people when you get to meet them. So this wasn't to my boyfriend, but it was still incredibly awkward. So my boyfriend just found out I have anxiety over Christmas Break, but nothing ever really happened for him to notice anything strange. For instance, when I met him at summer camp, I would avoid others as much as I could (even if it was a church summer camp), and basically only hung out with him and a couple other friends. I seemed more shy than scared, I suppose, but this past week I had two anxiety attacks at school. When I saw him on Wednesday (he goes to a different school), we went to this big church event that was basically a bunch of high school students packed into this building. It was a big building, but it was very crowded anyways. I was my normal sarcastic, weird self until we got inside, and he ended up having to lead me through the crowd, deal with me holding on to his hoodie, and pull me close to him whenever someone walked up to say hi. To say the least, I was surprised how well he took it, but most awkward anxiety attack I've had in my life.

So this wasn't to my boyfriend, but it was still incredibly awkward. So my boyfriend just found out I have anxiety over Christmas Break, but nothing ever really happened for him to notice anything strange. For instance, when I met him at summer camp, I would avoid others as much as I could (even if it was a church summer camp), and basically only hung out with him and a couple other friends. I seemed more shy than scared, I suppose, but this past week I had two anxiety attacks at school. When I saw him on Wednesday (he goes to a different school), we went to this big church event that was basically a bunch of high school students packed into this building. It was a big building, but it was very crowded anyways. I was my normal sarcastic, weird self until we got inside, and he ended up having to lead me through the crowd, deal with me holding on to his hoodie, and pull me close to him whenever someone walked up to say hi. To say the least, I was surprised how well he took it, but most awkward anxiety attack I've had in my life.
