The power drain is very poor, you can add a gear that allows the wheel to spin when the engine stops spinning, which will give you a little bit of idling and allow you to save energy or add a power inverter❤️❤️
Umm I don't think you know how an electric motor works. Also the speed controller is an inverter...

You need 2 seats and controller box and wiring concealed also space for little cargo.then it will be a complete scooter which is practical.

Anyone tacking on a metal table, if you spray splatter spray on your work area every now and then will make it much easier to clean area. Just an suggestion, This young man made a really nice bike, P.s. Please do not remove guards off grinders. They are there for a reason.

Week structure for this speed. Please do consider safety aspects in structure / chassis point of view. Second point is ts not water proof. When you design a bike it should all weather proof. Overall good efforts added and much more to learn and implement.
Back suspension support are vary weak

However I do not think those welds will handle high speeds and road bumps, I predict cracking on the frame with heavy usage, you should reinforce the welds and perhaps use thicker material!
