How to treat Wry neck in chick

This baby chick was hatched yesterday morning with Wry neck and we weren’t sure what to do so we looked it up and realized it maybe a vitamin deficiency - it looked like it’s body was twisted and all it could do was kick its feet
So I gave it some Vitamin D2 diluted in water and after 10 hours it was able to sit up and walk
