    I’ve been trying to get ahold of one of these kits for my crf50 and can’t find it anywhere in stock! But when I do get it I will be using this video as a reference to install it! Thank you for the super detailed video keep it up

    Well Brian you did it again you really know your stuff about these motorcycles pit bikes, I bought a front end and wheel assembly at t-bolt USA. The owner Vince could not have been more helpful and man does he know his stuff I think he's a racer as well I'm not sure. I bought a Works engine a couple years ago with a V2 head oversized for oversized carb intake larger valves a professionally built the engine up ran and tested it regen at the carburetor installed a heavy duty clutch adjusted that also from what I hear. When I got it out of the box everything was hooked up including the wires CDI even the kill switch all I had to do is install the engine get fuel to it tie everything up and that bike still runs perfect. You do excellent work Brian! I see that you're quite a pilot as well you just one of those guys that are up in the high percentile unlike most of us but you sure are a nice goal to go after.     Nice job brian. & on the brake pedal return spring hole i normally just put some tape on before you start drilling it that way it will stop the drill bit from slipping away from you buddy

    Really enjoyed your videos. Super informative for working on my 6 yo Honda CRF50. We are about to do a suspension upgrade and a big bore kit. Is there manual you recommend ? Kind of nervous thinking about upgrading the oil pump. Thanks and keep up the good work.

      Hi Robert. There is no manual about which I am aware for the suspension. That’s one reason I made this video. Regarding a CRF50 manual, I downloaded mine from the web. If you need a copy, I can email you a copy.

    Great video! Very helpful. I have a 2006 crf70 and would like to get some more height out of my forks. Can you tell me if there is any other options to get some more height from the forks? Maybe an aftermarket triple clamp?

      @@tacroom12 Honestly, i don’t think so. However, TBOLTUSA may have some options for you. They are great for all that performance stuff for smaller bikes.

    do you know where i can get a crf50 shock relocation bracket because i looked everywhere and couldn't find one

      Im sorry, I don’t. Ive never heard of a shock relocation bracket for a CRF. But, I would imagine one could easily be fabricated.

    What forks and clamps are those? Are they the fast ace forks with piranha clamps from tbolts website?

    I put the tbolt tbw1466 shock on my Xr70 and the thing is is hard as a rock. Way to stiff even for a 200lb adult. How’s yours?

      Hey Jacob! Believe it or not, I have yet to ride that bike! I cant fit more than 2 bikes in my trailer and kind of excludes this bike from getting a ride to the MX track. I have been working on a lot of other bikes lately which has kept me from getting to the track much either. When I do finally ride it, Ill post a video of my impressions on the channel.

      Hey Levi! The pedal did come with the kit. I wish that I would have had some choice on the pedal actually, because the red didn’t really match the bike, but oh well! Thanks for the kind words!!       @@G-Boyz.Outside Its better than stock, but honestly, it wasnt the best. The wheel construction was poor and the crappy fasteners that were supplied were flat out dangerous for use on brakes. I had to do a lot of work to make it correct and operational.

    This kit is pretty expensive from Piranha for it not to come with pre-cut spacers and fork guards that fit properly... also a video detailing the wheel spacers more in depth would be awesome!

      Hi Asmus! I agree. The kit was not user friendly at all. Maybe it’s made and marked to fit more than one bike. I’m not sure. It was a lot of work, for sure.

      @@HeyItsAsmus I tried my best to explain how to make the spacers in the video. It’s always a balance when making a video to explain while not making the video too long. But, the short story on spacer creation is measure 10 times, cut once!

      @@destroyerofsenses Are you sure? I think the shock WILL fit. Call Vince at TBoltUSA. I am almost positive that the kit I got from them was made for a CRF50 and I just upgraded the wheel sizes to fit my CRF70. I have my old CRF70 swingarm if you want that for an upgrade. I have read that it is a popular swap - if you cant find a Piraña kit.
