Yes that’s why she’s always trying to sabotage Vicky…. After seeing their mom and daughter trip to Greece I just really admire Vicky’s strength and poise. It’s difficult for me even and my mom is only half as bad and manipulative… I need to repent and turn to Jesus.
I genuinely like Vicky but i think it’s the way she words stuff sometimes and I feel like she doesn’t really pick up on social cues, idk if she can’t tell how people might be feeling based off body language but I feel like she’s kind of pushy with certain things and isn’t noticing that she’s maybe crossing boundaries with her mom… she seems kind of opportunistic. Instead of asking your guest to close the fridge why not get someone on your team or you do it yourself…? Idk. Literally not trying to hate but I think we can’t just act like she’s perfect just because we’re fans. I think she’s forcing the connection with her mom at times and it’s can be putting a strain on their relationship.

Her mother is vile to her and that's just ON CAMERA, every person that has a parent like this understands that it is much worse behind closed doors so who knows how much shit Vicky actually has to deal with while having her around. She's willing to give her mom everything she needs out of love when in reality it should've been the other way around. It should never be the daughter's responsibility to chase their own mother. Also to the refrigerator comment, what if her mother was the one that left it open in the first place? So what's wrong with her asking to close it? Nobody is perfect but we are still one under God. If your own mother calls you “spoiled and ugly” even if she’s talking about how she acts and not looks- that’s PITIFUL OF HER. BUT the way Vicky doesn’t react how awful her mom talks to and about her is terrible. That’s something NO ONE EVER should be used to. Do your best to help her Vicky, avoid drinking around her if you do partake at all, love her as much as you can and do your best to be patient with her. I live with my mom too and I get annoyed at her sometimes, but with The Lord Jesus Christ in my heart I've changed a lot in that situation. Do your best sis and love her because none of us in this current world stay around forever

Wow mom looks absolutely stunning now! I’m so proud of anyone beating addictions ass day in and day out! I myself have been sober from everything even weed, for over 4 years! It’s definitely not easy when we have had that crutch to lean on and use to cope for so many years. I’m probably close to your mom age. I pray yall relationship continues to grow and become stronger each day. My young adult daughter is my absolute best friend and we still live together also.

I just watched the video of your mom relapsing first and then I saw this video. She looks so pretty when she's sober. I am almost 3 years clean and sober. My drug of choice was fentanyl so I know what a challenge it is. I lost my husband of 16 years to a fentanyl overdose which scared me straight. I'll be praying for your mother. I hope she can get Sarah but you got to hit Rock bottom first and you got to let her hit rock bottom. You got to love her from a distance. I know it's hard to do but you got to want to be clean and sober to get there
Hi Vicky. IV been watching you for awhile and I just wanted to comment on the videos with your mom. I went through the exact same thing except it happened when I was six years old and lasted until my mom passed away from alcoholism in 2015. It's the hardest thing to go through and the love you have for your mom is wonderful. Don't quit helping her as much as you can because you are making a difference. If it takes a 100 times then so be it! You're a beautiful soul sweetheart.
So sad, she is just like my mom, I mean IDENTICAL. My mom oassed away because of her drinking in 2019. We had a very toxic relationship last thing I told her was "F*** you i hate you" because she was drunk, again. Well, the next day, i got a knock on the door from the sheriff. I needed to get to the ICU. My mom was d3ad. They just needed me to take her off the machines. She ended up getting sepsis from a UTI and her organs were so bad from her drinking she had no fight. I miss her so dam much every day. There is so much more I want to say to you Vicky. Just know you cannot change your mom. You need to step away even though it is hard at times. I'm sending you so much love and hugs.

I don’t think she was tryna be negative but I do get what your saying I was thinking the same like hold on ain’t that more of a reason for her to stay close to her mom because life is so short …
My mom was an alcoholic all my life. We never got along. By the end we weren't talking, I had to cut her out because I had my own life and children to worry about. She got very sick and my aunt stopped me on the side of the road one day and told me but growng up all my life that's all I heard... that she was sick and dying. On her birthday she asked me to take her to the casino and something in me told me to. We went and she started slurring her words and I was like really mom ur drinking and she was like no I'm not I promise. Well the next day my aunt called me from the hospital, my mom had a stroke. That was it. She never left the hospital, she passed away a couple weeks later. I was so angry with her! She chose to drink herself to death! I didn't care about me but she was so close to my kids and also my brother was gone and hadn't seen her in a very long time. So the anger and hate stayed with me for about a year after she passed. One day I finally let it all out and cried and cried and screamed and yelled and "talked to her" told her to rest. After that I felt such a weight off of my shoulders. It's a very sad situation when a mother and child roles switch because of alcohol or drugs.

I think she may be this way from the way she was treated by her mom growing up. Almost like internalized anger. I had this with my abuser after they stopped abusing me
It’s not internalized anger but pent up anger AND being used to dismissing and disrespecting her mother because she is an alcoholic. People get stuck in family roles and dynamics. And when the person changes, gets out of the role (a scapegoat alcoholic, for example), the others are confused and angry at them because all of a sudden they have to look at themselves and others and the whole family dynamic changes for the worse. That, in return, makes the scapegoat relapse and everyone is comfortably falling back into their roles and carrying on feeling good about themselves, except the alcoholic. It is a known problem with addicts in the family and this is why professional long term help is needed for everyone!
I’m glad your mom is sober . That’s very good. I feel for you though . She still treats you with an unkind mental energy. You’ve done so much for her and I hope one day she appreciates all you’ve done instead of trying to tear you down with her words.

That’s why Boonk took advantage of her & got away from her, she was very annoying & irritated him, after he done told her a thousand times that he didn’t want to be recorded. He could have probably been a good husband for her, since she wanted to be married so bad & wanted kids, & he knows the Lord better than she does. She is a hypocrite, just a fan of Jesus.

I feel bad for her having to deal with all this. I also don’t feel she is over stepping anything especially when her mother lives with her and is also a complete danger to herself. As a family member you should be 100% stepping in and doing whatever the helll you have to do to get them help!
Being shy and being observant are two different things, Vicky is observing to see the intentions of others she isn’t shy she is worried about unnecessary criticism about how she lives or who she is. That is an excellent trait to carry. Also if your mother is working towards change you do the same, that means being a woman and closing the fridge yourself she is not a maid and she doesn’t owe you anything please treat her with respect for everything she is going through or enduring to better her life for herself and for you. It isn’t easy.

Everyone on here saying that Vicki needs to have more respect for her mom. Ya'll are crazy. She does not owe her mother a dang thing. Her mom owes her a whole heck of a lot. Maybe if her mom was ever a mother to her Vicki would handle her differently BUT her mom is not a mother. She a woman who didn't take care of her child and chose and still choose substance and being mean over being a good loving mom to her daughter. Mom should feel lucky that she has Vicki to mooch off of and live with otherwise she'd be out on the street with all the other addicts.
Her mother was ILL. Alcoholism is a SICKNESS. Thankfully, she stopped drinking and is developing a relationship with her daughter and is able to be a mom. No matter what... she's Victoria's mom. That will never change but Vicki needs to also re-learn how to speak with her mother. There's clearly some stuff she carries and granted it will take time to work through it but her mother deserves ALL THE RESPECT. Alcoholism is no joke. It's an addiction. Periodt.
I was in church too, our Spiritual knowledge is a continuous journey. Religion is unfortunately an institution that conditions us to be dossal. The Spirit is already in us, we need just listen and tap in. We have the ability to change our course of life. We are not incapable, religion teaches us we are not good enough. Teaches us we are not able to think for ourselves. Be accountable instead rather than blame an entity. Take control of your life. Authenticity is the path.
Vicky,your heart is in the right place. You love your Mom, thats evident in your actions. Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ loves your Mom. With your love and His love, your Mom has a great support system... Shes just gotta keep fighting. I lost my grandmother to complications from alcoholism. She was successful, intelligent, well educated and addicted to alcohol. She had developed pancreatitis and the doctors told her that one more drink could kill her. I remember her saying to me, "when I die and go to heaven im having a bottle of wine with Jesus. Actually, make that two bottles!" I share this with you, so you know you're not alone in helping someone you love. Prayers up, Jesus take the wheel.

There so many kids and people and unhoused veterans who need help here too. Its sad. Rent so high. Parking so high. Inflation is probably alltime high idk. I wzs told had less than year to live few years ago so every day is a gift & Im surprised & thankful when open my eyes every single morning. Whether to have gift of life to enjoy take time live in moment & be thanful alive to live through the pain. I express my feelings through painting, my videos, writing songs. Somethings in this life are painful & some periods you gotta look world through rose colored glasses to make it through the pain. Whether losing parents,siblings, nephews, Grandparents. Some people like myself grow up going to more funerals than weddings. Jesus my bff. Looking death in the face & trying live right & live long as can til my final dance with Grim Reaper. I just watched the video of your mom relapsing first and then I saw this video. She looks so pretty when she's sober. I am almost 3 years clean and sober. My drug of choice was fentanyl so I know what a challenge it is. I lost my husband of 16 years to a fentanyl overdose which scared me straight. I'll be praying for your mother. I hope she can get Sarah but you got to hit Rock bottom first and you got to let her hit rock bottom. You got to love her from a distance. I know it's hard to do but you got to want to be clean and sober to get there

Hi Vicky. IV been watching you for awhile and I just wanted to comment on the videos with your mom. I went through the exact same thing except it happened when I was six years old and lasted until my mom passed away from alcoholism in 2015. It's the hardest thing to go through and the love you have for your mom is wonderful. Don't quit helping her as much as you can because you are making a difference. If it takes a 100 times then so be it! You're a beautiful soul sweetheart.

So sad, she is just like my mom, I mean IDENTICAL. My mom oassed away because of her drinking in 2019. We had a very toxic relationship last thing I told her was "F*** you i hate you" because she was drunk, again. Well, the next day, i got a knock on the door from the sheriff. I needed to get to the ICU. My mom was d3ad. They just needed me to take her off the machines. She ended up getting sepsis from a UTI and her organs were so bad from her drinking she had no fight. I miss her so dam much every day. There is so much more I want to say to you Vicky. Just know you cannot change your mom. You need to step away even though it is hard at times. I'm sending you so much love and hugs.

My mom was an alcoholic all my life. We never got along. By the end we weren't talking, I had to cut her out because I had my own life and children to worry about. She got very sick and my aunt stopped me on the side of the road one day and told me but growng up all my life that's all I heard... that she was sick and dying. On her birthday she asked me to take her to the casino and something in me told me to. We went and she started slurring her words and I was like really mom ur drinking and she was like no I'm not I promise. Well the next day my aunt called me from the hospital, my mom had a stroke. That was it. She never left the hospital, she passed away a couple weeks later. I was so angry with her! She chose to drink herself to death! I didn't care about me but she was so close to my kids and also my brother was gone and hadn't seen her in a very long time. So the anger and hate stayed with me for about a year after she passed. One day I finally let it all out and cried and cried and screamed and yelled and "talked to her" told her to rest. After that I felt such a weight off of my shoulders. It's a very sad situation when a mother and child roles switch because of alcohol or drugs.
@@MariaChula12 let me just tell you this, nobody gets up saying " I think I'll be an alcoholic or drug addict " unfortunately that chooses us. It's one horrible hard life to live. So, while you sit in judgement just remember, addicts suffer in silence. And we see and hear you belittle us constantly.

well she probably left it open and she probably in the back of her mind still has trauma from the way she recently treated her while she was doing everything in her power to help her mother and she basically was so ungrateful and hateful calling her a whore and a little slut when she was trying to drive her to a rehab.. lets talk about how you shouldn't talk to your daughter like that... its a double standard? Nah.. and she hasn't been treating Vicky very fairly or kind despite everything Vicky was doing for her and her and her health/sobriety and she seemed very ungrateful..

I think she may be this way from the way she was treated by her mom growing up. Almost like internalized anger. I had this with my abuser after they stopped abusing me
It’s not internalized anger but pent up anger AND being used to dismissing and disrespecting her mother because she is an alcoholic. People get stuck in family roles and dynamics. And when the person changes, gets out of the role (a scapegoat alcoholic, for example), the others are confused and angry at them because all of a sudden they have to look at themselves and others and the whole family dynamic changes for the worse. That, in return, makes the scapegoat relapse and everyone is comfortably falling back into their roles and carrying on feeling good about themselves, except the alcoholic. It is a known problem with addicts in the family and this is why professional long term help is needed for everyone!

She is very irritating & annoying pushing that camera in everybody’s face invading their privacy when they don’t want it invaded, or want to be bothered. I’m sure her being so pushy like that has to do with whatever mental health diagnosis that she has allegedly. That’s why Boonk took advantage of her & got away from her, she was very annoying & irritated him, after he done told her a thousand times that he didn’t want to be recorded. She still just kept doing it thinking that it was funny. He could have probably been a good husband for her, since she wanted to be married so bad & wanted kids, & he knows the Lord better than she does. She is a hypocrite, just a fan of Jesus.

Vik has giving her a roof over her head, tried taking her on gorgeous trips that she always ruins cuz she is drunk. And her relationship has nothing to do with the situation between her and her mom. I feel bad for her having to deal with all this.
I also don’t feel she is over stepping anything especially when her mother lives with her and is also a complete danger to herself. As a family member you should be 100% stepping in and doing whatever the helll you have to do to get them help!

Being shy and being observant are two different things, Vicky is observing to see the intentions of others she isn’t shy she is worried about unnecessary criticism about how she lives or who she is. That is an excellent trait to carry. Also if your mother is working towards change you do the same, that means being a woman and closing the fridge yourself she is not a maid and she doesn’t owe you anything please treat her with respect for everything she is going through or enduring to better her life for herself and for you. It isn’t easy.

Everyone on here saying that Vicki needs to have more respect for her mom. Ya'll are crazy. She does not owe her mother a dang thing. Her mom owes her a whole heck of a lot. Maybe if her mom was ever a mother to her Vicki would handle her differently BUT her mom is not a mother. She a woman who didn't take care of her child and chose and still choose substance and being mean over being a good loving mom to her daughter. Mom should feel lucky that she has Vicki to mooch off of and live with otherwise she'd be out on the street with all the other addicts.
Her mother was ILL. Alcoholism is a SICKNESS. Thankfully, she stopped drinking and is developing a relationship with her daughter and is able to be a mom. No matter what... she's Victoria's mom. That will never change but Vicki needs to also re-learn how to speak with her mother. There's clearly some stuff she carries and granted it will take time to work through it but her mother deserves ALL THE RESPECT. Alcoholism is no joke. It's an addiction. Periodt.

I was in church too, our Spiritual knowledge is a continuous journey. Religion is unfortunately an institution that conditions us to be dossal. The Spirit is already in us, we need just listen and tap in. We have the ability to change our course of life. We are not incapable, religion teaches us we are not good enough. Teaches us we are not able to think for ourselves. Be accountable instead rather than blame an entity. Take control of your life. Authenticity is the path.

I lost my grandmother to complications from alcoholism. She was successful, intelligent, well educated and addicted to alcohol.
She had developed pancreatitis and the doctors told her that one more drink could kill her.
I remember her saying to me,
"when I die and go to heaven im having a bottle of wine with Jesus.
Actually, make that two bottles!"
I share this with you, so you know you're not alone in helping someone you love.

You guys don’t understand what Vicky is going through and how strong she is because I’ve had to deal with domestic violence in my family bad bad bad drugs all that crap and if I was half strong as Vicky, I would’ve made it out on the other side I’m still working on my mental health and I cannot believe Vicky is strong girl you are strong, but you can’t carry the whole world in your hands, sweetheart you have to let your mom pick and choose what she wants and hit her rock bottom you see her just show her love because you don’t know when you’re gonna see her but it’s not you that’s in control her life as you know since you have found God in Jesus that it’s in God’s hands and he has a plan you have to ride this out and hope that God has a better plan but whatever plan he has is his plan sweetheart. There so many kids and people and unhoused veterans who need help here too. Its sad. Rent so high. Parking so high. Inflation is probably alltime high idk. I wzs told had less than year to live few years ago so every day is a gift & Im surprised & thankful when open my eyes every single morning. Whether to have gift of life to enjoy take time live in moment & be thanful alive to live through the pain. I express my feelings through painting, my videos, writing songs. Somethings in this life are painful & some periods you gotta look world through rose colored glasses to make it through the pain. Whether losing parents,siblings, nephews, Grandparents. Some people like myself grow up going to more funerals than weddings. Jesus my bff. Looking death in the face & trying live right & live long as can til my final dance with Grim Reaper.
