      TC Hale Good news , so far , that smell, I mentioned to you months ago, I haven't smelled it
      in the last week . I never could figure out what's causing this , even though , I visited 4 different specialists, they had no clue either .

      I was talking to my cousin who has Acid Reflux and I told her about your website.
      She said, she will check it out . I already had my sister checking your website out in
      the last 2 weeks. I have 8 more people to talk, about your channel , to see how they
      like it . That's 10 people, I know who has Acid Reflux . I don't see many of them , every

    I was on blood pressure medication for 15 years. Started taking an electrolyte powder and was able to completely stop the medication with my blood pressure now around 112/70.

      @@davemustaki134 It won’t have nearly enough potassium. High blood pressure is basically caused by a sodium and potassium imbalance.

    10 Years ago I had vertigo symptoms when walking in the woods one day. I told my Doctor and she just referred me to a Neurologist. You wouldn't believe what he told me, well, I guess you would believe it. He asked me to stand on one leg, which I did for 30 seconds and he said oh there's nothing wrong with you. I said well, it happened 3 months ago. He said oh, I have patients that that can hardly get to the bathroom and back, you're ok. It was about 10 minutes. totally useless. Increasing my salt and B vitamins helped a lot. Now I know, thanks to you, I have low minerals with low BP which my Family doctor thought was great. 109/55.

      If I was you , I would find another doctors .
      Last year 2023, I know several women who had Vertigo and if you research there's stories about this.
      Last year 2023 a women who was drinking water to fast, and end up dying from it . True Story.
      I drink water but I will sip on it throughout the day , because that story about the lady , really gotten to me
      when I heard it on the Radio ( since I don't watch regular media news ) .

      I recently read that vertigo can be a side effect of taking Proton Pump Inhibitors. Are you taking PPIs? I had a bad bout of vertigo once (vomiting, careening off walls), and I was taking PPIs at the time. 🤔

    2:22 A great method of adding potassium in meaningful amounts would be to dissolve cream of tartar into your liquid of choice. One teaspoon of cream of tartar contains approximately 500 milligrams of potassium. The exact amount may vary slightly based on the brand and specific product.

    Thank you for such an informative video. I have periodic leg cramps and have been advised to take a mixture of salt and baking soda, a quarter of a teaspoon each, and a teaspoon of honey, add to one litre of water. Drink after intense exercises.

    Wow this was very helpful. I just started Keto and IMF for about 45 days ago and now I have 75% of these symptoms. I will start adding electrolytes right away. Thank you so much I need to test my electrolytes for sure.

    I have 7 of these symptoms and have for a while now. So at my last physical, I had my electrolytes checked with my blood tests. They were all in normal range. Some even on the upper end of normal range. So I don't know what's going on.

      I stopped breaking my fast in the morning with coffee. For me it made me pee a lot I would get eczema, super tired and exhausted etc. now I break my fast with a good electrolyte supplement and feel so good

      I had lots of body spasms and twitching. It was a ping pong ball zapping me constantly and I'd twitch. My pcp ordered electrolyte labs plus sent me to neuro who said i had no ALS, MS Etc. All my labs were in range. Regardless I decided to take electrolyte powder with a banana daily and my spasms calmed down around 70% they're still there but not as bad. So maybe blood work isn't that tell taling.

    Im studying your book on Aufible and I ordered a physical copy.
    I recently attempted Keto but stipped because I felt dizzy, anxious and light headed. I started eatinf carbs but now thr blood pressure test says my pressure is high but how? I still feel light headed and anxious.

    Im not close to the RDAs for magnesium and especially potassium. Way off. Started with blackstrap molasses recently to boost it a bit, 1tbsp a day, got deep, short pains in my one calf. I stopped the molasses and it went away. I never ever have/had calf pains/cramps in my life. Funny, you think you do good, but your body will decide!

      Stress can go up, and being too far in the sympathetic state can constrict the vascular system and raise blood pressure in that moment. But when mineral levels are chronically low in a person, which is very common, unless something else like high sugars or filth is thickening up the blood, blood pressure will be low.
