I've been hiking at Buck Creek for years, but just got to rock hounding last couple of years. Seeing this video, I wonder how much corundum I've overlooked around there. But I guess you have to dig to find it cause it's heavy? I know that spot. I got some of the serpentine around there. And I have taken some chunks of dunite from on the knob, but never just busted some up there. Maybe see ya there some time.
Nice Trip AL and say hi to picker pete for me. I hurt my back a couple years back so thats why I havent done anything lately. Also lost access to my old youtube when I moved. Hope to catch up with you one of these days. Good trip!

Normally only the pink or red will fluoresce with uv.
