Today I took my 2008 Range Rover Sport our for a drive to a quiet location to explain most of the setup. This has been a 2 year build for me and has finally come to an end.

Standalone engine/trans harness by PSI Conversions
Tuned on speed density
Gen 3 5.3 Iron block LM7 freshly hot tanked and honed
Gen 4 pistons and rods (freshly balanced) with all bearings, rings and gaskets replaced
Melling 10295 Oil pump
New Timing set
Sac City Corvette 3 piece oiling system kit
LS9 Headgaskets with ARP head studs
317 Heads freshly decked and serviced with valve job and trunion upgade
LJMS Stage 1 twin turbo camshaft upgade
BTR .660" lift platinum spring kit
New pushrods , lifters and trays
LS1 intake manifold with Lokar cable throttle and pedal
New crank pulley, Camaro water pump, power steering pump with Dirty Dingo billet pulley
ICT Billet low mount alternator kit
New DR44G 145amp alternator and battery
MSD Spark plug wire kit with tucked coil packs and new plugs
New O2 sensors and AEM X series wideband
Valve covers modified for -10AN breather fittings

Custom 2.5" schedule 10 stainless hot side with stainless T4 flanges
Borg Warner S366 .88A/R T4 Turbos
Turbosmart 40mm Compgate Wastegates with Turbosmart Big Bubba Stealth BOV
3" Stainless downpipes with v band flanges dumped out of side trim panels
2.5" cold side aluminum piping using Vibrant Vanjen clamps

How hard would it be to use maybe the oil pan and diff assembly from the Trailblazer to retain the AWD???
Completely feasible. Pretty Much any GM drivetrain should fit and function very well :)

You should do this with the E53 as well. M62s are timebombs, & valve stem seal job on N62 is WAY overpriced because nobody is doing them. Its been swapped already but nobody is producing a kit. Curious as to why you sold the LR as well. Thanks for the vid 👍

I'm putting an LH2 in a 97 P38 Range Rover. Biggest problem so far : gas tank in way of putting drive shaft straight back. Diff off center towards left side. Was just going to put in Chevy Dr. Shaft and rear axle assembly, gas tank in my way.

I wish you would have done this for a full size range. I’ve torn down a crappy motor in my full-size 05 Westminster to change timing chain guides and wish I had an option to throw in LS motor and keep the 4wd. Apparently the transfer case geometry won’t allow for it with the Range Rover diffs but I don’t know much.
A lot of people don't know the history behind the range rover, because it derived from a military design and one of the best off road vehicles in my opinion.
Awesome just what I need for my 2004 Land Rover discovery. I am tire of fixing the gaskets and block a waste of money. What engine can I swap it with and how much will it cost. Excuse my ignorance. Will appreciate your reply, thank you.

awesome video man i have been waiting for something like this... i have a 2010 rover knocking timing chains r gunna destroy the engine, had to service it because it started leaking fuel because some idiot shop jacked it up by the tank shield bending it of course right into the tank rubbing for a couple weeks finally made a hole thru the tank and was dripping as i was driving, an exhaust shop was nice enough to let me know after i had already noticed the issue but was hoping it was a diff type of fluid.. exhaust shop couldnt weld we would all have blown up...
so needless to say i am very interested and will be contacting your ill check out your website hopefully you have a number so we can talk numbers time frame location and all that good stuff.... take care and talk soon...

Oddly, I actually searched LS swapped Rover. So people like me are obviously interested, as we like RR styling (but hate the mechanical issues), but love an LS engine you can rely and beat on all day.

This is sick brotha. I had the typical timing failure in my 2010 RRS. Rebuilt it myself and now I want to do the LS Swap brotha. hello, just came across your awesome engine swap. i recently purchased an 2009 range rover sport in very good condition and first thing on my mind was an LS swapped motor with a supercharger. one of the two questions i have is can i keep the all wheel drive? (that is a major issue for me.) even at the 305 hp it currently has i just love the pull of the all wheel drive. second question is did you figure out how to sync up the instrument cluster to your current engine swap? I definitely want that american muscle and reliability in my range rover. out of all the cars and trucks ive owned this is a truck that somehow hits all, or most of the boxes. you did a fantastic job and any reply would be appreciated. thanks for your time.

What did you do to switch drivetrain other than the trans awd from rear ?
Did you get the dash conversion sorted? Looks pretty hard. There was some Russian electronic mod doing retro fit the 2012 LED dash to a pre-2010 L322.
Hi mate, I want to do this with my lr4, could I use the discovery 4 transmission? So it stays 4x4, also the air suspension I want to keep that, I’ve got an ls3 and picking it up next weekend

I prefer Ford to GM for the most part, but this is one of those situations where i actually like an LS swap and would prefer an LS to a ford based motor. I mean in this case, you're putting a truck motor into, well, a truck! Then theres the lumpy cam, turbos, built 4l80e and the fender exit exhausts to add icing to the cake.
DannyLlerenaTV exactly...they say it’s a ford motor but an actual Ford motor doesn’t even bolt up...I have a 2011 supercharged 5.0 that the dealership fucked up...I removed the engine and a coyote has a different bolt pattern...in the meantime waiting on litigation

I have not confirmed the fitment for that chassis. If it is the same as the L320 RR sport then it should be a match. Please shoot me an email to discuss
