Hi, thanks a lot. Very clear video and instructions! One question. Which gasket maker should be used? Cheers
Few you can use, a lot of people have their own preferences. You could use dealer sealant or loctite, my garage uses derko

Do you need any locking tool?
Not on this engine. Only tool you need it the crank shaft holding tool to tighten it up. And too remove it if you don’t have a impact
Hi what mileage was this car at I’ve got one with 52000? That sounds bad
This one was on 74,000 miles buddy, they can go anytime depends on service intervals, which oil is used etc

Hi,what does the colour mean on the tensioners pin, some tensioner pin are yellow others comes with the red pin?

How hard should you tighten the crankshaft bolt?
Can’t remember of my head but it is in the video buddy

How did yu adjust it?
You don’t, you install the new chain and tensioner. When you pull the pin out the tensioner it will self tension.

Manufacturer states to change the timing kit every 90000 km.
Depending on what country
where did you get the info.. theres no schedule for timing chain. you do need to change the serpentine belt

@@memeguyTM timing chain has nothing to do with accessory kit.. ur mixing serpentine belt and timing chain
There is no service interval for chains from manufacturers. Chains “life time use”. If the vehicle is maintained correctly.
What wood the cost be
