The reason for forcing the banks to always keep a balance of 18% of the liabilities is not to control liquidity, it is to control a bank run. The contract between the bank and the depositor is that the depositor can ask for his money at any time. The bank needs to preserve some liquidity to make good on that promise. The idea is that not more than 20% of the depositors will withdraw their money at the same time.

Farzi Address proof, education certificate banaana kya halwa hai.
