1) Chandrayaan 2 was not launched on PSLV. It was launched on GSLV M3.
2) The launch of maximum satellite was done by spaceX.
3) ISRO doesn't launch missions to break records, they only do for humanity. If they
get chance to break the maximum satellite launches only when their are lot of satellites to launch in one rocket.
4) Chandrayaan 2 was not a failure, it's orbiter is still functioning on the moon and it has the best camera and equipments on the moon.
5) Their was not a monopoly of NASA. Their are lot of space agencies NASA,ESA,SPACEX,ROSCOMOS, CNSA,ISRO

Khan Sir told one thing wrong which needs to be pointed out and corrected here. He said at the hight of 600-700 km , earth gravity becomes zero that is why setellite starts rotating arround earth. It is not correct. Earth gravity does not become zero, but the fact is that setellite rotates because of centripetal force provided by earth's gravity. Settelite are put into near earth orbits at different hights above earth's atmosphere where there is no atmospheric gases present, else due to air friction setellite will start loosing it's rotational kinetic energy and will eventually fall on earth or burn into earth's atmosphere. However without gravity of earth setellite can not rotate arround the earh and instead will fly into deep space and will be lost for ever.🤔🤔🤔🤔
