    Excellent and very simple Explanation. I am not a UPSC Aspirant, I will be going for an MBA, so I thought knowing the terms like Repo Rate, CRR, etc will be helpful and I am extremely happy and satisfied after understanding these concepts clearly within just 25 minutes. Very nicely done . Thanks for sharing this on TH-cam.

    If reverse repo rate increase bank will earn more money due to interest (in 90 days they will get whole sum). Then will it effective for control influences?

    • @patelsumit20
      @patelsumit20 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think RBI will be giving more interest to banks till the inflation comes in control
      So bank will give money to Rbi instead of people.

    But the question is that even though the inflation is decreased, the price of the goods do not go down. The price of all the things keep going up and up. Even if the inflation is decreased, the only thing that happens is that price of the goods remain stable for some time and after which it starts to rise again

    • @patelsumit20
      @patelsumit20 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The price of goods doesn't always depend on inflation every time there are more various factors on which price of the goods increases and decreases ex:- demand and supply

    I have a doubt if reverse repo rate is increased and bank gets interest on it , so in future they will earn profit and they would be able to give more loan
