  • Whether you’re grinding and on-the-go or just feeling a little lazy, these 4 ingredient meals may be your key to always getting good food.

    2 tbsp olive oil
    120 grams skirt steak
    salt
    2 cups beef broth
    2 bundles
    bok choy, bottoms trimmed and cleaned
    1 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tbsp water
    Salmon Udon (2:53)
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 pc salmon fillet
    1 pc carrots, grated
    1/2 (60g) cup udon noodles, blanched
    2 tbsp sesame dressing
    Chickpeas Dahl (4:54)
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 pc salmon fillet
    1 pc carrots, grated
    1/2 (60g) cup udon noodles, blanched
    2 tbsp sesame dressing
    Healthy Fried Chicken Rice (6:44)
    1 tbsp olive oil

    I'm a fan of your 3 ingredient recipe and I have cooked it several times. I don't really love cooking that much but have a family to feed and it worked for me. I am looking forward to do this 4 ingredient recipe and 15 minutes cooking just I live. I'm always infor quick and easy recipe. Thanks Erwan.

    Hi, just started watching your channel! Great video on quick and simple meals! This is so helpful but, always a but, it would be great if you could show how to plan to use up all the extra ingredients ie all of that coconut milk. This seems to be a bigger deterrent when cooking for a small two or three person familly...we end up with so many sauces and spices that end up in the garbage. Thanks for sharing your recipes!
