- Here's the Full Video of the On Site Visit of Lt. Governor Dr. Kiran Bedi to the Directorate of Social Welfare, Puducherry. On her visit, she found that Most of the Officers are not fully aware of the Acts and Laws that are applicable to their work. She directed them to learn in all and also asked to initiate frugal methods to save money.
The gesture of giving that officer the 500 bucks he spent on that flex shows the transparency that Kiran Bedi practices. My day isn't complete without watching her operate. Simply marvellous!

You're absolutely right madam🤝. Most of the government staffs are poor in knowledge of their, but rich in guaranteed salary and commission. They should be examined before deployment to their respected duty. Strictly avoid politicians to involve, otherwise they might get commission and deploy wrong person in important roles based on how much they paid.

For pleasing the Lt Governor, he has displayed the flex by spending Rs.500/- from his pocket, but he will try to recover the same money by corruption, this way people are getting corrupted. But Lt Governor has paid the money without encouraging it and stopped the corruption. By this a strong message is given to all other officials also that she will be not pleased by such activities.
The problem is with the politicians.. .. . In my college our principal was scolded for having his name printed in small letters in the notice.. .. .. These are unnecessary waste of money.. .. But during any govt function one will find flex boards with ministers name printed on it.. . . .. There is so much of bloody protocol.. . . . During meetings they want flower vase on the table.. . .

Outstanding Person who uses her Credentials to the best of her ability and share it with the citizens. More importantly, she is a priceless teacher. I was a great fan during my childhood for her administrative actions. India needs such a person who can ensure law and benefits can be delivered.

Most of them don't seem to understand English. Occasionally a senior guy keeps translating in Tamil as to what Hon.Governor had said in English. All those govt office employees with MA and MSc degree after their names are behaving like a typical govt office employees, noding their head left,right, centre because they have spent their life time being inefficient and incorrect with their work culture.
Many many thanks to the Hon.Governor to have sensitised and empowered them with the do's and don't of their work at their office. We wish to have a Governor like Resp.Kiran Bedi ji in every state of our Indian union.

At the entrance of the office all staff in all government should have biometric device to monitor attendance. This will reduce lot of paper work as well improve efficiency in payroll. Also staff will be punctual.
