You are absolutely right. There are many TH-cam videos of her visiting various offices. And every time she come across with inefficient system and process. It seems the officers are either lethargic or incompetent!!

but very very difficult to change their rusted mind to active mind. if you keep promotions only based on merit/performance, afraid to say 75% will not be qualify for the next level elevation. based on year services here promotions are given to them it lead to disaster like this.

Think her as a simple mechanic ...I have seen some maintenance will going in Puducherry government machinery and maintenance has been carried out by governor of Puducherry,so during this maintenance many repaired and defective items (means officers)has cleared and replaced with new ..keep doing the maintenance to achieve the target soon....

They expect a routine inspection but the Governor goes into details and that when panic strikes ha ha ha.
So when they get panic.. u think they are insincere. But psichologists says..90% people get panic jus standing infront of their boss whether they sincere or not.

Dr Kiran Bedi Madam is clear in her conviction and multi faceted personality and the Puducherry Government staff are not confident to answer her queries. She should be retained for longer period to improve the system and discharge their duties efficiently for the public welfare. I was surprised that the Puducherry CM has not accompanied her and on the other hand he is charging that the Lt Governor is functioning unconstitutionally. What a shame.

There’s know self response in our country. I didn’t mean all. If I ask how to earn Rs. 5000 or 10,000 per day apart from salary they do. Money minded people. Nothing would content them.
Unfortunately, majority of the government servants in India and Pakistan are dumbasses, starting from officers to the low level employees. I have watched many videos of Madam Bedi visiting different departments and found that there is no dearth of knuckleheads there. Madam Bedi is a very knowledgeable professional. She has a broad spectrum grasp on the issues and their remedies and her enthusiasm and passion shows her sincerity, honesty, and dedication for the country.
