Wow I just bought a 2021 Sentra SR and I'm amazed that for this 2.0 it makes such a good sound totally different from a corolla or civic which do sound horrible this give me like a Subaru/Mitsubishi vibe to me, but this is totally different and sounds good for it being a 4 cylinder which is rare to come by.
Love it man! I have a 2020 Sentra sv equipped with blacked out 18 inch aftermarket rims. These cars look so bad ass with aftermarket rims i highly recommend it if you are a Sentra owner as well. Also blacked out all windows going to do the front eventually. I think after all that with your exhaust and a nice spoiler these cars will defiantly turn some heads.

@@johnbulger5116 just from what I heard because I’m not a car expert but you really don’t want to much power with the CVT transmissions in the Nissan Sentra’s because of the way the CVT transmissions work. It puts too much stress on the components but I bought one myself and was looking into things. That’s how I know this.

Lock broke in the drivers side door so I couldn't open it for about three months, had to get out the passenger door the whole time, pretty embarrassing especially when it was a brand new vehicle. AC stopped working had to get that fixed. Windshield wiper motor messed up and would work sporadically. Child lock button for windows would turn itself on sometimes on its own so you couldn't open or close passenger windows. Got that fixed but it still kept happening. All my gauges went haywire one time while I was driving as well. I will never buy another Nissan vehicle ever again. I will say however the gas mileage was great and I feel like the engine will run forever with proper maintenance. Pretty spacious vehicle for it being a small sedan. Hope your experience was better than mine !
My homie has a dark grey sv Sentra of the same gen. He’s saving up for a 350z like mine but in the meantime the Sentra will have to do. He’s got a nice little spoiler on the back with sequential running tail lights, and some nice tint, but he needs to get a tip on his straight pipe cuz rn bro sounds like a Honda at 3 am on a empty road. I sent him this vid bc it’s the best sounding setup so far to me. I’ve completed my exhaust on my 08 Z a couple of months ago and I’m tryna put him on game lol. Good vid bro💯

I understand you 100%. I’ve been told my car sounds better than most 6 cylinder vehicles. I mean it’s a Sentra. I got it because I’m getting 37.5 mile to the gallon. Plus I drive it everyday. If you do that with an 8 cylinder then you literally have $ to burn.

That manual is available in Canada. I’ve seen videos with it too. I don’t understand why other countries get the great versions and we get the basic ones?
I got a Nissan Sentra 2021 SR mid resonator and muffler delete in the back as well, straight pipe with a cherry bomb muffler in the middle just need a new tip and it sounds so good. Deep nice tone it is louder than yours but that's what I was going for! Anyways awesome exhaust work love the sound as well!

@@mreverything9665 I agree but that turbo set is way different than a conventional set up. A lot and I mean a lot of moving parts! Now if VW can put out 315 hp with their 2.0 turbo, why can’t Nissan step it up some?
Thanks for this video. This is exactly what I wanted. They did an amazing job with the Sentra’s it’s crazy to even think you’re driving a sentra. Only down falls are no power and its waaaaay too quiet. I like to fell my ride by hearing it if that makes sense

When I worked at a Nissan Dealership I used to say they need get rid of or just go all out on the Sentra. Then I saw the 2020 Sentra debut and I knew I wanted one
So you replaced the resonator in the middle of the car with the Magnaflow 10416. Then ran straight pipe out to the back with a tip. Removed rear muffler. Is this correct?
Where I am in Pennsylvania, it does get ready cold. I would put one on because when you have extreme cold air going into ur engine. It could mess with the burning all the gases and a rough idol. Then causing a check engine light. So for me a C.A.I. would be a great addition but I’m not going to want to pull it out once the winter hits. I’ll settle for a K&N once they become available.

How did the k and n air filter do for your car? I have a 2022 nissan sentra sr. Same color as yours. It is sweet. I've done a bunch to it as in body skirts and spoiler and window louvers. I'm going this Monday to do my exhaust like yours because it sounds awesome. After that's done, I'm tinting my windows.
Sweet man!!! Yeah the color I think is what real makes the car. So from switching the stock air filter to the K&N I noticed more responsive power and a better sound. I’m very happy with K&N products and have them in both my vehicles

I won't go with the cold air intake. My salesman told me that it will void my warranty. I will be doing my exhaust like yours in a couple of weeks. I can't wait to hear it. Yours sounds so cool!!

I have 2020 SR with nitrogen and just took a trip to the beach where the temperature was registering on the dash at 94 degrees Fahrenheit, and I had been driving for about 30 minutes, and my tire pressure was at 38 front;36rear. Usually on cooler days even on 1hour+ trips, they stay at 35-36front; 34-35 rear. From what I know, that is completely normal, so if you are just using air in the tires and getting 38psi nominally, I would be interested to see if you see any change. Side note* my car came with nitrogen new. Also I really like the exhaust system you used, do you have part numbers for the magnaflow muffler you used? And did you keep stock pipe diameter or did you upsize from the catback?
To this day I still get smiles and waves from people. I went with a competition spec muffler. In my other video I show the work that was done and give the PT#

Hi there!!! I have not experienced any check engine lights. The cat is stock and if that is replaced with an aftermarket that could set off a check engine light.

I honestly don’t know. From what I see it’s a muffler just in a different spot under the car. It doesn’t hang lower causing lack of ground clearance. As far as fitment. My guy welded everything
I don’t see why not! You do have a 1.6 liter engine and I’m thinking it might sound similar. That’s why I made this decision open minded. If I didn’t like it, I’ll go back to stock.

@@Robertshalloweenreviews so I live in Pennsylvania and I went to a local muffler shop by me in Carbondale,PA. You can go to any exhaust shop and tell them you want a magna flow competition spec muffler. I do have another video showing under the car and the work that was done.
@@PMill now a tune will. A new pulley will. Any modifications done to the engine or transmission to gain a lot of power will void the warranty. See the service advisor will ask and look for signs of this. Note it and in case of a claim the warranty company will have this info and that will go into their decision making process. I know this cause I used to work claims for a warranty company
Hi, I’m looking into upgrading my exhaust for my SR. I couldn’t clarify if you did a muffler delete and then put a Magnaflow exhaust or if you did a magnaflow muffler as an upgrade from the stock muffler?
So what I did was a resonator delete and removed the stock muffler and put the magnaflow in the resonators place and ran a straight pipe out of that all the way back.
@@johnbulger5116 Okay I’’m still a lil confused lol so your setup is a resonator delete replaced by a Magnaflow resonator and straight piped the rest with the exhaust tip added but you removed your stock muffler and didn’t install a Magnaflow one. You just kept the muffler delete right?

I removed the stock muffler and resonator and put an aftermarket muffler in place of the resonator and ran a straight pipe out of the back. Yes it is legal lol

The beauty of custom is you make your ride yours. You do not need to do a full exhaust swap if you don’t want to. Totally cool to dress up your ride however you want. I got my exhaust tip on Amazon for less than $50

Hi!! I didn’t do anything to my intake other than put a drop in K&N filter. See now you have killer options with accessories. Just remember nothing is permanent. If you don’t like it, bring it back to stock. Let me know how you make out!!

@@andreagomez5665 there are way more options out now from when I got mine. I had to wait on LED bulbs for the interior. I sent hours looking and listening to different exhaust notes with different brands. I didn’t want a cheap sound. Almost tinny or empty. But quiet when cruising on the hwy. I at least want to have a conversation in the car with be muffled out by the exhaust. I do have a second video up showing what I did as far as my exhaust. I’m still looking for other stuff. Now my attention is on led and sequential tail lights lol

Yea it definitely depends on how much down payment and how many years. I'm paying in the low 300 on a 1yr old altima 2.5SL only because I have an unlimited miles warranty or it would be high 200
This set up would. I actually saw this done on a 2019 SR and loved the sound. The only difference is the 19 has a 1.8 motor vs the 20 which has a 2.0 motor.
Thank you and yes it is lacking power. I did read that Nissan maxed out the power on our motor. This does upset me cause Toyota has a 1.8 litter turbo pushing 180 hp. Either way I love my car and will be cool being slow lol.

I have a 2017 sentra. 4 cyl cars with an exhaust just sound even more like a vacuum cleaner to me. V8 sounds so much more pleasing.

Sweet man!!! Yeah the color I think is what real makes the car. So from switching the stock air filter to the K&N I noticed more responsive power and a better sound. I’m very happy with K&N products and have them in both my vehicles

@@bradbennett3772 thank you for the kind words. I was considering the cold air intake as well but decided not to do it cause I didn’t want to take the chance in voiding the warranty. I’m in Pennsylvania and up here in the NE they are not good in the winter months. From what I heard at least.
I won't go with the cold air intake. My salesman told me that it will void my warranty. I will be doing my exhaust like yours in a couple of weeks. I can't wait to hear it. Yours sounds so cool!!

I have 2020 SR with nitrogen and just took a trip to the beach where the temperature was registering on the dash at 94 degrees Fahrenheit, and I had been driving for about 30 minutes, and my tire pressure was at 38 front;36rear. Usually on cooler days even on 1hour+ trips, they stay at 35-36front; 34-35 rear. From what I know, that is completely normal, so if you are just using air in the tires and getting 38psi nominally, I would be interested to see if you see any change. Side note* my car came with nitrogen new. Also I really like the exhaust system you used, do you have part numbers for the magnaflow muffler you used? And did you keep stock pipe diameter or did you upsize from the catback?

Hi there!!! I have not experienced any check engine lights. The cat is stock and if that is replaced with an aftermarket that could set off a check engine light.

I honestly don’t know. From what I see it’s a muffler just in a different spot under the car. It doesn’t hang lower causing lack of ground clearance. As far as fitment. My guy welded everything

I don’t see why not! You do have a 1.6 liter engine and I’m thinking it might sound similar. That’s why I made this decision open minded. If I didn’t like it, I’ll go back to stock.

I just got the magnaflow and did res delete and it sounds so sick. Definitely recommend getting the res delete with the Versa.

@@Robertshalloweenreviews so I live in Pennsylvania and I went to a local muffler shop by me in Carbondale,PA. You can go to any exhaust shop and tell them you want a magna flow competition spec muffler. I do have another video showing under the car and the work that was done.

Nope! It shouldn’t either.
@@PMill now a tune will. A new pulley will. Any modifications done to the engine or transmission to gain a lot of power will void the warranty. See the service advisor will ask and look for signs of this. Note it and in case of a claim the warranty company will have this info and that will go into their decision making process. I know this cause I used to work claims for a warranty company

Hi, I’m looking into upgrading my exhaust for my SR. I couldn’t clarify if you did a muffler delete and then put a Magnaflow exhaust or if you did a magnaflow muffler as an upgrade from the stock muffler?
So what I did was a resonator delete and removed the stock muffler and put the magnaflow in the resonators place and ran a straight pipe out of that all the way back.

The beauty of custom is you make your ride yours. You do not need to do a full exhaust swap if you don’t want to. Totally cool to dress up your ride however you want. I got my exhaust tip on Amazon for less than $50

Hi!! I didn’t do anything to my intake other than put a drop in K&N filter. See now you have killer options with accessories. Just remember nothing is permanent. If you don’t like it, bring it back to stock. Let me know how you make out!!

@@andreagomez5665 there are way more options out now from when I got mine. I had to wait on LED bulbs for the interior. I sent hours looking and listening to different exhaust notes with different brands. I didn’t want a cheap sound. Almost tinny or empty. But quiet when cruising on the hwy. I at least want to have a conversation in the car with be muffled out by the exhaust. I do have a second video up showing what I did as far as my exhaust. I’m still looking for other stuff. Now my attention is on led and sequential tail lights lol

This set up would. I actually saw this done on a 2019 SR and loved the sound. The only difference is the 19 has a 1.8 motor vs the 20 which has a 2.0 motor.
