Wow that's really young. I am 27 I could be a body builder but I respect their work ethic its not easy. I bulked up to 205 by lifting a bunch of weights and I was at 9% bf had a flat stomach and 33 inch waist.

Hopefully he doesn’t have any hard deadlines. In the long run he’ll be fine. Unless they’re doing crazy-big refeeds he probably just ate at +500/day instead of -750, meaning he missed out on a week’s progress and he gained a pound of actual tissue. The rest is just carb bloat that’ll fall off in a few days. (And that’s worst realistic case; there are other potential mitigating factors like part of his weight gain being muscle or increases in NEAT from taking multiple days out of a deficit. It’ll still be a net negative, but probably not a very big one.)
One of the few bodybuilders who seems gregarious and really cheerful on prep. Hope things work out same for him as he gets closer to the competition. It would be really amazing if M&S can come up with more on prep full day of eating videos prior to Olympia.

We have produced a few more but some of the athletes prefer we release the FDOE episodes after the show which we completely respect and understand.
