Not only do they have excellent pen, but tend to kill whatever you pen in 1 hit due to the explosive charge in the shell. Only downside is they are cumbersome and open top, I usually die to planes whenever using them. It is nice to be able to reliably clap cocky jumbos with it though 😂

Same thing happent against a Comet. Shot right into his machingunner flat frontside and the APHE only killed the machinegunner guy, nothing else. Before it was always 1 shot kill if ya hit from spots like that.
Maus shouldn't be 7.3, it would be unbalanced a lot, what Gaijin should really do, is decrease the B.R bracket, from 1.0 to 0.7. It would allow us to breath for a moment, no more Maus vs T62M-1.

The reason for the Stumpanzers is the God Mode for SL boost. I played Jumbo today and 16 kills with a Nuke drop was 84k SL! :) Great economy change. Meanwhile, God Mode is half of what I earned for one kill.

Spookston, I am an avid warthunder player/community member and I just watched Tankenstien's video about gaijin unfoldering vehicles. In it, in case you have not watched it already, he makes the alarming point that while they are only unfoldering low-tier vehicles right now, they will begin to do so for the upper reaches of the tech trees. This will add hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of extra research required to get to top tier. This isn't just alarming as someone fostering two brand-new players into the game, but also someone who suffers from the grind myself. For example, the German 5.7 line up includes Tiger H (heavy tank), Panther D (medium or light tank), Ostwind II (anti-air), Bf 109 G-14 (fighter), and Ju188 A-2 (bomber). 5 crew groups are fine enough with only SL but no addtional payment with GE. Full modifications are needed for all vehicles in the line up. Then finally we can see the cost of time needed and fun gained for the grinding, and compare it to a normal 3A game. Then we can even start testing how long is needed for RP and SL for a single vehicle in tier IV or V on average.

as a Maus main, i can tell that the Maus is almost perfect where it is at 7.7. It could be at 7,3 in my definetly not biased opinion, but at either its fine

You should play the British tier 2 Sarc MKVI 6Pdr. It is very fast ( I call it the Super Awesome Race Car ). It has the British 6 pounder and is very good for 3.3. It goes by no armor best armor and if you get shot in the turret you die no matter what ( 3 crew, 2 in turret). It’s got a .50 cal on top for AA and shredding milk trucks. It’s funny because it recoils a ton, and no matter what will land on its wheels probably to counter the recoil. I also think that the crusader II is fun. It’s I think 2.0ish and is super fast, good fun and I believe ( in a British tank) APHE. it is great for capping points, running along the sides and flanking the enemy. Hopefully you see this (and make a video on them, they are my favorite vehicles to play)
You should play the British SARC MK VI 6pdr. It is a low tier wheeled vehicle with great mobility a good gun and dumb recoil. It also always lands right side up, so if a bomb explodes the building next to you you can do a flip and keep going. I bring it to 4.7 with the firefly and it does just fine. (Dumpster fire brained tiger players still bounce 4mm of armor).
Instead of playing a specific tank can you do something different like playing the game like a stealth game only getting kills when something doesn’t know your there for the first shot
hey spookston if you havent done the PvKv II thats also in the Sweden tree, it's a beast at 4.0 with its powerful magnification i never miss a shot. Also the APHE has very good pen values. The round can be very forgiving by still killing most of the crew if you dont hit dead center. If you play the tank destroyer right you can easily get 10 plus kills every game.
I’ve gotten quite a few nukes (or very close to them) with this thing and in general at Sweden 7.7 (I don’t have the STRV 103), Sweden 7.7 is super good, and in competent hands it can be very strong.
Hoping you will make a video in the aft09 at some point, one of my favorite tanks in the game with the speed, and the insane atgms (some of the best in game imo)
hey spookston you should try the ikv 72, no one plays it, no one talks about it, but it's just as mobile as a BT5, has a 75mm cannon with 20 degrees of gun depression, 270 grams of HE filler, and neutral steering, all of this at 1.7, its only downside is that its a casemate

The OF-40 has a laser range finder, but it overall has more armor also about the same mobility as the Ikv 91. Gets better shells as well.

I like how this thing is 7.3 with heat and laser RF, when you have french vehicle in 7.7 with no laser RF and simple AP rounds....
look at the char 25 t that have worse stat than the m41 but is almost 2 br above it

Just for your knowledge, leopard is faster, ikv has a 7 sec reload, and the cannon is smaller

Hi, Spookston! Please do a Gaijin economic system test. (Day 2. May 18, 2023)
Let's see what the WT economy system brings. It might cost time but it will worth it. Please show how you stand with the player base, who should be respected by Gaijin.
Please start a new account with maximum paying $70 (a normal 3A game) to buy the premium account or premium vehicles (including Gaijin store and market premium vehicles). Or it's even better without any premium. This means no Lv-150 ace crew for tanks, no Lv-75 ace crew for planes, no unlimited silver lion in the beginning gameplay. The aim is to grind to a fully funtional non-premium line-up at 5.7~6.3 for ground RB in any one tech tree. Any one country tech tree is fine. Without addtional payment with GE, we will have maximum 5 crew groups.
For example, the German 5.7 line-up includes Tiger H (heavy tank), Panther D (medium or light tank), Ostwind II (anti-air), Bf 109 G-14 (fighter), and Ju188 A-2 (CAS). Or USSR 6.3 line-up of IS-2(1944), 2S3M (2 major battle vehicles), M53/59, La-9, Tu-2S-44. Some premium vehicles bought in $70 budget can replace the role of some vehicles of the line-up, like Ju188 A-2 CAS role can be replaced by Do 335 B-2. Full modifications are needed for all vehicles in the line up, meaning grinding modifications from the very start. In my experience, the modification grinding is still acceptable at tier IV. But from tier V it is getting painful, expecially for top tier vehicles including all ground, air and naval vehicles.
Then finally we can see the total cost of time needed and fun gained for the grinding, and compare it to a normal 3A game. We can even start testing how long is needed for RP and SL for a single vehicle in tier IV, V or VI on average. Usually a tier VI vehicle needs 3~4 times RP as a tier IV vehicle.

I believe everyone has noticed the recent changes in the in-game economy, whether it's for naval, ground, air battles, AB, RB, or SB. Gaijin is continuously pushing the boundaries and testing the limits of its players. If you are familiar with the game "Escape from Tarkov," you probably know the consequences when game developers constantly provoke their player base. As players of this game, we contribute to its activity, and in theory, Gaijin should appreciate each and every one of us who continues to support and encourage this game. However, Gaijin keeps pushing the boundaries and exploiting each and every one of us. This recent economic change is not just a simple adjustment; Gaijin is gradually making it clear that if you don't pay for this game, you don't deserve to play it.
I implore every player here to bravely stand up and resist this behavior. Gaijin has now infringed upon our rights as players, and we cannot, and should not, let Gaijin continue to exploit us in the future. It is time for us players to unite and stand together. We should be a collective, a class, opposing Gaijin's exploitation and oppression towards us. We are here to enjoy this game, to find joy in it, and we should not be working for Gaijin.

as a Maus main, i can tell that the Maus is almost perfect where it is at 7.7. It could be at 7,3 in my definetly not biased opinion, but at either its fine
7.3 will be fine, 8.7 BR tanks do too much trouble.
I hate facing this thing in a Maus, because if you can see him coming often times you won’t be able to turn fast enough to kill him, if you see him at all, and he’s not sat behind a hill 1500 meters away.

It makes absolutely no sense how swedes managed to kill the frontal gu depression on ikv105, even tough its pretty much the same vehicle. Honestly speaking ikv91 is usually better than 105

since you're playing lot's of tiny rat/gremlin tanks as of recently, could you also please play the Type 60 SPRG?
You should play the British tier 2 Sarc MKVI 6Pdr. It is very fast ( I call it the Super Awesome Race Car ). It has the British 6 pounder and is very good for 3.3. It goes by no armor best armor and if you get shot in the turret you die no matter what ( 3 crew, 2 in turret). It’s got a .50 cal on top for AA and shredding milk trucks. It’s funny because it recoils a ton, and no matter what will land on its wheels probably to counter the recoil. I also think that the crusader II is fun. It’s I think 2.0ish and is super fast, good fun and I believe ( in a British tank) APHE. it is great for capping points, running along the sides and flanking the enemy.
Hopefully you see this (and make a video on them, they are my favorite vehicles to play)
You should play the British SARC MK VI 6pdr. It is a low tier wheeled vehicle with great mobility a good gun and dumb recoil. It also always lands right side up, so if a bomb explodes the building next to you you can do a flip and keep going. I bring it to 4.7 with the firefly and it does just fine. (Dumpster fire brained tiger players still bounce 4mm of armor).
If only you got large Sinai or Normandy, those maps are fantastic for Ikv91. Can you do Ikv91 105?

Instead of playing a specific tank can you do something different like playing the game like a stealth game only getting kills when something doesn’t know your there for the first shot

hey spookston if you havent done the PvKv II thats also in the Sweden tree, it's a beast at 4.0 with its powerful magnification i never miss a shot. Also the APHE has very good pen values. The round can be very forgiving by still killing most of the crew if you dont hit dead center. If you play the tank destroyer right you can easily get 10 plus kills every game.
Could you try ARL 44, which is the goofiest one I think I've seen

M60A1 AOS maybe? M728 is such an amazing round.
I’ve gotten quite a few nukes (or very close to them) with this thing and in general at Sweden 7.7 (I don’t have the STRV 103), Sweden 7.7 is super good, and in competent hands it can be very strong.
7.7-8.3 is excellent for Sweden. Strv103 is pretty fun, but it does take some getting used to the playstyle change, hull aiming on a slope is awful..
Hoping you will make a video in the aft09 at some point, one of my favorite tanks in the game with the speed, and the insane atgms (some of the best in game imo)
