  • Ingredients:
Jaggery, citrus peels and water in the ratio 1:3:10
    Example: 100 g Jaggery
300 g Citrus fruit peel (oranges, sweet lime, lime etc)
    1 litre water
Add the peel and jaggery to the water and store it in a bottle. Leave it aside to ferment for 3 months. You can also add a little yeast to itin order to expedite the process (1 month to ferment).
You must remove the lid every morning to release the gas that forms inside the bottle.
After fermentation, drain the liquid which is now ready for use.
You can add 1 part soapnut liquid (soaked overnight) to 1 part Bio Enzyme and use the blend as vessel cleaner. You can also use it as shampoo for your hair. Another way of making shampoo is by letting soapnuts soak in the Enzyme for a day or two.
