    I was diagnosed with anorexia and bulimia when I turned 14. Watching you eat and being so free made me motivated to have food freedom. I used to not be able to eat even one meal but now I eat consistently. This year I got accepted to Fordham and I can proudly say that I'm now 2 years free of anorexia and bulimia and see exercise as a way to keep myself healthy and not because I ate more than 500 calories. So thank you

    Thanks for all the recipes and tips!!
    One of my go-to quick and easy snacks or sides is a quick salad. Chop cucumbers, avocado, halve cherry tomatoes, and sometimes I throw in some cilantro. Drizzle olive oil, fresh lemon juice and salt and pepper!! So yummy

      awh thank you Caroline! I think just going back to my natural hair color helped immensely for my hair health. otherwise, I haven't been doing any crazy treatments / I still use heat and everything! I've been wanting to try washing it with rice water, though. I've heard that's a game changer!

    My goodness, your courgettes (zucchini) are the size of our aubergine (eggplants) in England. I love courgettes but they are like a cucumber in size over here. Love the variety of healthy produce you can get over there. We need a Trader Joe's!

    I finally found this cottage cheese today at my co op and I love it! I also compared notes on the cottage cheese I had at home already and good culture - what I found out was AWFUL! What I have been eating and allllll those chemicals - sadness…. I am soooo glad you turned me onto this cottage cheese…. Thank you….

    I like to make curried chickpeas with rice. It's just onions, garlic and 2 tbsp curry powder with water cooking in a pot on medium heat until water evaporates a bit. Add a can of chickpeas and water to cover, mash and cook up to desired consistency :) serve with salad.

    hey michelle! love this video. i was wondering if you would think about doing a meatfree or plant based day a week - meat and dairy are incredibly harmful for the planet and even one day a week without it is beneficial! i realise you didnt eat meat every meal every day, but a conscious effort to do so keeps people thinking about it! anyway, just an idea. love and light 🌿
