great video, will look into using your team when we retire, we're still deciding if the PNW will be a good place to retire since we currently live on the East coast, but we will keep you in mind when it's time to make the decision!
Puget Sound resident here. Ferry service to the San Juan Islands is terrible, particularly in the summer tourist season. Reservations are a must. The only island with any real healthcare options is San Juan Island. It is not a good destination for retired people with chronic medical issues. Getting to a specialist requires ferry travel. Wenatchee and Spokane are extremely hot in the summer. Leavenworth is another primarily tourist destination. I don’t believe you mentioned Walla Walla, which is a beautiful town with a university. Much nicer for a retiree than Wenatchee. FYI for people in other states, there is no income tax in Washington but there is an estate tax, with an exemption amount of 2.193 million dollars currently.

Thanks for your input! Walla Walla was a consideration on our list! Great spot!
My Son lives in Olympia and my Daughter lives in Tacoma so hoping to retire in WA next year!
That’s great! One year will go by fast! We would be happy to help you when the time is right!😊
Olympia and Spokanistan? my oh my...
Locals in Bellingham/Whatcom County will hate you if you move there.
