That is why you should leave steak after cooking to allow the muscles to relax and become more tender.

Not shown in the vid I know but you can tell it's cold as when he put on the flat top I did not sizzle for a good 5 to 10 seconds. Meaning it needed to warm up. Alot of science shit went on in this very moment for that shrimp to act like that but best believe it was not dead.
