I just got this sent to me too and same thing, only a green light, and no orange light. Also, it feels warm and I don't get the buzzy sensation that I get when I go get a facial and the person does Radiofrequency there, so I'm skeptical. If you have brown skin (melanated), I do not recommend heating it as it can lead to more hyperpigmentation.
Actually, the buzzy one is microcurrent I think. But still wary of getting pigmentation...
My Amberlight does come on. The forehead says 10 minutes, so maybe it’s a 10 minute timer. And I get a solid green light if I’m going slower and if I have enough gel on my face.
Honestly I gave up.
Got solid green. Got orange after 5 minutes. However, I do this on my wife, so I have better control of all the motions (I can stick to the face and watch the indicator constantly). Now ust waiting for results (3 months is step one).

For the amount of money the device costs it should work as it explained in the manual, and the power levels should be clearly displayed for the user to understand. It could cause unintended consequences.
yea, I think they just didn't test it properly before the launch.
It clearly states that you have to stay in contact with your skin and that the green light flashes until the right temperature is reached. You are constantly removing the device from the skin, treating too large areas and too quickly. The green light must be constant and stop flashing, then the orange light also comes on😉

Hi handsome, are you still using the triangle shaped rf device? I'm looking for a RF because I need tightening on the jawline. No, I use the tripollar. Its smaller and easier and the orange light shows when its time to move. Yea they're all made in China. The FDA approved ones are safer though.

When you take it off the skin, the timer restarts. Has to be Continuous contact with skin for 5mins and the orange light will show
