I think in future when doing any cooking with sauce can be better if its done and mix before the cooking where by you can subtitle the sauce mixture 🤗🤗✌️✌️.
Stir Fried meat and prawns & garlic, seasoning (oyster sauce, light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 0.5 tsp dark soy sauce) Vegetables first not noodles first. No need to blanc the noodles so cucumbersome. Put water, Put noodles straight inside. Boil till noodles soft. Taste and serve. This is the gravy style not dry one
1. If you use the Yee Mee made in Malaysia(the popular brand), pouring boiling water on them is sufficient, and remove water after soaking them 1-3 min. Make sure it is not too soft cos you will be frying. Wash with cold water if you must. 2. Marinade the chicken fillet they will improve the tastes. Overall the above is a nice variation of the old favourite Yee Mee cooked in Claypot.
Thank you for the recepie. It looks tasty and simple to make

Thank you for sharing your way of cooking!
You used gas stove or electric cooker?
Portable gas stove, butterfly brand, not bad.
YUMMY
It should come with some gravy and pork lard is a must.
Malaysia brand is it the hot pot noddles?
Yeah it is the same yee mee usually used for hot pot, no brand ☺️
👍

Hi, is it ok to not blanch the noodles if I want to keep them crisp?
@@belindaloo9423 Yeah you can, since yee mee is a cooked noodle
No instructions.. what's the point,,,?
