    食油 1/2汤匙
    伊面 2粒
    虾 5只
    瘦肉 70克
    菜心 2棵
    蒜头 2瓣
    水 1杯
    【调味料】
    盐 1/2茶匙
    蚝油 1/2汤匙
    麻油 1/2茶匙
    老抽 1茶匙
    鸡精粉 1/2茶匙
    糖 1/4茶匙
    *另需1/4茶匙老抽,调色
    【腌料】
    鸡精粉 1/4茶匙
    蚝油 1茶匙
    玉蜀黍粉 1/2茶匙
    料酒 1/2茶匙
    【Ingredients】
    1/2 tbsp of Cooking Oil
    2 Yee Mee
    5 Prawns
    70g of Lean Meat
    2 Choy Sum
    2 cloves of Galic
    A cup of Water
    【Seasoning】
    1/2 tsp of Salt
    1/2 tbsp of Oyster Sauce
    1/2 tsp of Sesame Oil
    1 tsp of Dark Soy Sauce
    1/2 tsp of Chicken Seasoning Powder
    1/4 tsp of Sugar
    *another 1/4 tsp of Dark Soy Sauce to add colour to noodles
    【Marinate】
    1/4 tsp of Chicken Seasoning Powder
    1 tsp of Oyster Sauce
    1/2 tsp of Corn Starch
    1/2 tsp of Cooking Wine
    “伊面”也称伊府面,可用焖煮的方式烹调。
    伊面在焖煮的过程中充分的吸收了酱汁的精华,使面条非常入味,吃起来味道咸鲜,特别美味。
    这道面食煮起来相当方便,可依据个人喜好,搭配不同的配料一起烹煮。
    例如:菜心可被替换成白菜,萝卜,香菇,等等;
    而猪肉可被替换成鸡肉,鱼饼,鱼丸,或其他肉食。
    小贴士:
    1.伊面不可煮太久,否则在翻炒的过程中面条太软,容易断开
    2.翻炒时,可用筷子协助,把面条松开。
    Braised Yee Mee is a noodle dish loaded with vegetables and various ingredients.
    The noodles are braised in the sauce until soft, it helps the noodles taste wonderful after absorbed all the flavor of the sauce.
    This noodle dish can be stir-fry with many other ingredients according to own preferences, like Chinese cabbage,
    carrots, mushrooms, chicken, fish cakes, fish balls, or other meats.
    Tips:
    1.Do not over boil the noodle or otherwise, it will break easily while being stir-fried.
    2.Chopsticks are recommended to help to loosen the noodles.
