If this was in the real world, I'd agree with Batman's ideologies because the justice system would most likely give Joker the death penalty after one or two murder sprees, and Batman wants to be a symbol of hope, not a murderous vigilante. The people of Gotham would fear him if he went around murdering criminals but Gotham would appreciate him for taking them down and letting the justice system punish them. For the situation in the Arkham games and in comics, I agree with Jason because nobody is going to put down these murderous animals. How many people have to die so that one can be redeemed? It's super dumb that the justice system doesn't put sick dogs like the joker down. I don't blame Batman for not killing because hes just trying to bring people hope and he cant do that if they are all scared of him because he kills people, it's the fault of Gothams justice system

I like your thinking. Gothams court systems suck

Even if they dont give him the death penalty he probably wouldnt be able to escape prison in real life. So once he is convicted he is not coming back

Batman doesn't have to kill the Joker if he doesn't want to. but GOING OUT OF HIS WAY to save the Joker whenever someone else tries to is beyond me. i kind of hate Batman for saving the Joker from falling from the building in Arkham Origins

@DrukenNi yeah, I've kinda went overboard saying i hate him for it, 'cause i don't. but, yeah, i hate that he does that

Could be his superhero instinct kicking in, that's why he does it

But batman in origins didn't understand how powerful and manipulative the joker was. In arkham city he actually thought about letting him die....but he can't do it. He was traumatized from death and would not allow anybody else to experience it if its in his control

@@juicebox7372 No, Origins batman was just a vigilante, and backing up the guy above me. Batman believes that everyone can be rehabilitate even the joker
