The Garroter is one of my least favourite as well and none of the Opeth bonus tracks - except Patterns II and Still Days that should be re-released and this song - are that impressive in comparison to the actual album. They really should give more bonus tracks on reissues, though.

@@JimJoness619 Yeah but the actual words in the Swedish titles is "The Direction of the Circle". I'm not sure what that's supposed to mean though unless the circle is moving.. there's probably a deeper meaning behind it.
@@Halldinz0r My initial take on the lyrics is that the story being told is taking place in a court room where a mans fate is being decided by other people, deals being made, career opportunists using the situation for their own gain etc. etc.
