    I love this one! I am always trying to squeeze in some weight bearing exercises into a busy schedule. This is a quick routine I can repeat a few times daily.

    Hi Meg, thanks for the great short workout! I knew I wanted to do something on my feet tonight and not just my exercise bike and this was a perfect warmup! I have osteoporosis and am taking Reclast (just started a few months ago). I really love your osteoporosis workouts. I'm feeling very energized now and ready to hop on the exercise bike. Thank you!

    Hi Meg I am from Quebec Canada thank for those exercises I am 74 years old and I have arthritis and I also have Fibromyalgia, my question is with condition of Fibromyalgia can I do these exercises. Thank you Denyse

    I feel really good after doing this. I have osteoporosis and osteoarthritis in both hips and they feel much lower after doing the excercises

    Hi, I’ve followed your channel for the last 3-4 X from Jax, Fl. I love your quick and easy videos but I can’t do the squats as it hurts my knees. I’ve had osteoporosis for a long time now and have taken Fosamax and Actonel and they didn’t help any and have scary side effects. I refuse to be put on Prolia and want to incorporate a more natural approach through diet, supplements and exercise. I have osteoporosis in hip and spine. I’ll be continuing to watch and follow along with your videos. Thank you so much!
