    Was able to the 1-hour work out fairly easy. My strength, balance and energy is returning. Menopause is the devil. 😅

    II just finished this thank you so much. Yesterday did a hard work out my legs was sore. But didn’t want to lose my strike. I’ll be continuing to do this. 😊😊😊

    Perfect Power Walk 👍👏
    I added my lightweight vest and and my weighted gloves 🤜🏼
    This was so great and I can’t believe how fast it went by. I usually don’t pay attention to the calories burned, but for some reason I checked it this time and I actually burned
    about.650 and got around 7000
    steps or a little more 🤩
    I alternated between walking and light running, or jogging in place 🚶🏻‍♀️ 🏃🏻‍♀️

    Refreshing walking workout to end a week. Light exercises in between walks so, added turbo walks and burned around 600 kcal. What’s not to like 😉. Thank you BurpeeGirl for always coming up with new moves ❤❤

    Training very easy and very low intensity. Normally I would probably complain, but after a sleepless night after adding weights and not taking any breaks it allowed me to wake up 🙂

    Thank you I needed to do my steps. 8000 steps, 400 calories. My go to when I need to increase my steps. Really fun to do.

    I really love your hour workouts! I especially like how you alternate with one constant and one changing movement pattern! I was able to do walking or fast walking/running during the walking pattern and I enjoy the variety of patterns with the other movements. I get less achiness with the variety of movements and don't have to make up my own. Thanks so much and please keep them coming!

    As others have said, I love the 1 hour walking workouts. ❣️ The slow down at the end is much appreciated 🙏🏻 because I get, well, hyper from your workouts.🤪 So it's nice to settle down some. This is a great workout. I got over 80 cardio and peak minutes. 💪🏻 Please make more 1 hour videos!

    I really loved this one! It was also a perfect lower stress workout. I was also thankful for the hour length since I missed yesterday. I know you have some walking workouts but perhaps more like this one of a shorter duration? ❤❤❤
