There is a sixth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension packed with dishwashers and microwaves at the lowest prices. It is the middle ground between a customer's needs and a salesperson's knowledge, between questions and solutions. This is a dimension we like to call The Appliance Zone.
