Of all the dozens of omelette receipes I have seen uploaded I think Ms Sundarram's is the best...including the process explained beforehand in the intro. Sundarram ? From Tamilnadu by any chance ? Thanks for your recipe. I have tried it and turned out to be very tasty and yummy omellete. I didn't put capsicum as i don't have it☺ and i also omitted sugar.
Tried it this weekend! Turned out quite good. Only used a very borad pan so it became very thin. Next time a smaller pan. Thanks for sharing!
