I really don't think anyone who has lost their mother/father/anyone recently would want other people not to be grateful for still having theirs; if anything, I would think those people would tell others to tell people they love that they do so.

I lost my mom 2 weeks ago im only 12 but i know she is still here with me i love her so much she is the kindest person i have ever met she is the kind of person which you could talk to and within a few minutes she would make your day. There are people who talked to her for a few minutes many years ago who still remember her. This happening is just so sad for me i even knew i wouldn't have her for as long as i wanted cause she has been sick for years now dealing with lupis , authritus , one leg , Blader infection, and ect.. she was just so full of life me my brothers and dad we were her life she loved us so much even though she went through so much pain she was still so happy cause she got to spend everyday with us she lived life to the fullest she traveled the world has so many friends her family. I love her so much and i know i will see her again. There is also so much more i could say but i cant fit how much she means to me in one comment. I cant even form words strong enough to show how much she has helped me and impacted on me. Though im only 12 i will never forget the moments that we shared together

I can't tell How Much I loved her .She was very close to god ,she was very faithful . She always cared for others first . On the day of her funeral ,it was very crowded ...hundreds of people that she loved were moaning there ..
She was truly an angel and she touched and saved many lives .

Mom's r the best thing tht could ever happen. They are the ones that brought us in this world. They work so hard to make us happy and have a roof over our heads, and have food on our table. Superman, or any other superhero can't compare to our mothers. They wash the dishes and keep our houses clean. They care about us, and some ppl treat there mothers alike they're nothing. I miss my MOM so much! She was my best friend! My hero! The strongest woman i have ever known. I love her so much! It was basically just me taking care of her while she was in home care hospice besides the nurses and doc who would come a couple times a week. There's no words to justify how much i miss her. It's going on 2yrs and still feels like it's only been yesterday and haven't decompressed or done really anything for myself since. Heart aches as i type this. Thank you for reading

I broke into tears realizing how terrible of a son I am. Mom I know you'll never see this but I truly love you. You would do anything for me no matter how ridiculous. I'm sorry for arguing and not loving you as much as I should. I'm sorry for being so petty and getting embarrassed for the things you love about me that I don't. I'm sorry for forcing you to push yourself to a limit I will never reach. Please know that I do love you and nothing will ever stop that.

My mom is still alive but everyday she gets worse. Yeah I grew up with her nagging me to take out the trash or go outside to get out her hair. My mom did show me how to treat a woman the way a woman wants to be treated. And yeah she isn't perfect, but growing up she was the most perfect person in the world. My mom is still alive, but everyday is a blessing that she is alive. Because my mom is a terminal patient. My mom is still my hero.

Went through this 10 years ago. I’m 30 now. Wish she could have seen me grow from childhood to now.
I´m crying, because this is so sad...
but also because I feel like everyone else has such an amning mom and I don´t feel that way.... why am I even thinking like that...
My mother left my family when I was very young, I miss her everyday.
I texted her and told her happy mothers day, I love you and miss you.. and she replied with 'Who is this?'

I lost my mother on January, my mother was so strong, she survived so many life breaking events, she survived cancer, she survived staying with an abusive step mom, she survived the loss of her sister when she was 30, she survived an unhappy marriage, she survived so many things.. I never knew how much she needed to rest in peace until that night came someday, where she suddenly died out of a sudden heart attack after a very usual day.. She suffered from arthritis for more than 10 years, and she failed to get the proper care and treatment for her disease.. I just hope she's happier now.. There's not a day that passes by without me wishing she was here..
M Yas- God bless you and your mom.. i hope you find a way to heal your heart. I'm on my way to go see my mom at the hospital right now, she's two hours away from where i live... Its almost 9pm here in California and raining really hard but nothing is gonna stop me from being with her tonight i wish you the best of luck i know you'll find happiness in heart knowing that she is with you for the rest of your life... i know how you feel. i lost my mom when i was 15 (i'm 20 now), and the pain never completely goes away. honestly, the thing that gets me through most of the days that i miss her is just telling myself that she's no longer in pain, and that she's happy now because she's with her dad and sister.
